Parker & Sons
Company Overview
If you require repairs, upkeep, installations, or straightforward estimates for your upcoming project, we're here to support you. We offer the professional plumbing solutions you require at rates you can afford.
Established by Jack and Faye Parker in 1974, Parker & Sons Air Conditioning in the heart of Phoenix, AZ. Our first service vehicle consisted of an old family wagon that could fit a few people, some tools, and essential supplies.
At that time, services and projects were confirmed with a handshake. Trust wasn't merely a term; it was a promise. After over four decades, Parker & Sons has become one of Arizona's oldest and largest service companies boasting a team of more than 100 professionals. Our offerings have broadened to encompass plumbing, electrical services, drain cleaning, reverse osmosis, water softeners, and indoor air quality, in addition to heating and cooling.
Our goal is to carry on Grandpa Parker's commitment to total customer satisfaction.

Miguel, showed up on time, actually he waited a few minutes for us. NO MASK, NO PROTECTIVE COVERING OVER SHOES. Left our showers filthy from his shoes. I can deal with that! Then could not finish the job correctly for the lack of parts. He showed me what he claimed I could buy anywhere for very cheap. Told me I could buy it at Home Depot! I checked 3 different H.D. Never heard of this part. He fixed one shower. He left the other for me to repair. I called back to Parker and Sons and was told I will be put on the down time list.
I understand that my H2O problems are not Parker &Sons problems. However I do don't claim to be able to fix anybody's problems.
BEWARE!!!

Came out to investigate water that we found under our bathroom tile. Ran diagnostics didn't even charge. Very appreciated, fast, efficient and professional

I had some questions regarding my home water treatment system and they sent a technician out within 3 hours who reset my system due to a prolonged power outage. He also answered all my question with knowledgeable answers, which put me at ease and happy that I had purchased the product from a outstanding and reliable company. I would highly recommend them

Bought a couple of units a few years ago and Parker has been taking care of them since. Excellent service. Join their family plan,, well worth it. Had my daughter sin up for it. You won't be sorry. Parker goes way beyond what they really have to. I am very comfortable with them.

BEWARE of bait and switch, slick talking tactics! I started off with a good feeling about this company. They were working on my neighbors HVAC system across the street so contacted them for a quote on mine. That went well, more expensive than I was expecting but it was an estimate and they were thorough. I'm doing a remodel of my 1956 ranch house and since all the walls and plumbing were open and available I wanted to have them come out and send a camera through. Jeremy came out on time and did the work. He discussed it with my contractor and myself and the scope of work was decided. So far, so good. Then Jeremy called me back and went over it all again in a slick ""used car salesman talking a million miles an hour"" sort of way. I stated that we had decided on the scope of the project and got yes but and he went on again. Anyway, after the conversation he sent over 2 quotes. I trusted that the first was the one that had the scope of work that my contractor (who was on sight and saw all the camera work in real time) and he had decided on and that we had discussed while he was onsite with my contractor and I signed it. When they showed up to do the work, my contractor called me in a panic because they showed up with heavy equipment set to dig up my whole back yard - NOT the scope we originally agreed upon. The crew did get Jeremy on the phone and between them and my contractor they got Jeremy to send a new contract but it still ended up costing me a couple thousand more than the original quote. I felt completely duped so I called the next week to speak to the head of the plumbing department. Got a call back from a lovely lady named Lynn. I felt like they were taking my concerns seriously. She said she'd be back in touch. Then I got a call from Josh, Jeremy's supervisor. He clearly was not hearing or was not interested in what I was saying about feeling like I was the victim of a slick, fast talking bait and switch and was overcharged for the final scope of work and that I never got an estimate for the original scope of work that was agreed upon. I'm a single mom on a tight budget and the fact that Jeremy didn't even include the original scope of work contract is a violation of trust and a TOTAL BAIT AND SWITCH and I feel taken advantage of and quite frankly violated. I will NEVER use any of their services again.

Very impressed with the attention to details our sales rep had and he fully explained my options. The installers came in like SEAL Team 6 and pulled our old unit and installed it in a few hours. We'll be replacing our other A/C soon and we will definitely be calling them again. Experience was so great we got a quote for insulation and set up one for some plumbing work. AAAA+++

I recently joined back up with Parker and Sons for my A/C Heating and Plumbing.
I was able to do this because they allow you to request certain techs that you work well with. I ask for Daniel for my A/C. He is a nice young man who is thorough and courteous.
I left Parker and Sons a couple of years ago due to a negative experience with a tech. I understand he is no longer with the company and as mentioned I discovered that I can request a tech of my choice.
I will always be asking for Daniel.

We use Parker & Sons for all our plumbing, AC/Heat and electrical needs. When we have issues and need a contractor we can trust to complete the work in a timely fashion, at a fair price and with skills and knowledge we call them. Recently our plumber Eric replaced a long, long overdue hot water heater and a valve in a bathroom tub. He was extremely knowledgeable and kept us informed while working and completed the job efficiently with minimal time having our water off. Although less expensive options were offered, it was our decision to spend a little more for our hot water heater and warranty and our total bill was fair. Eric answered all our questions and communication was great! We're using Parker & Sons for some electrical issues now as well and are receiving the same excellent service. We're selective customers and only call professionals we can trust. We're very happy with this company.

I appreciate Parker and Sons coming out quickly and that's why they got 2 stars. They quoted me $2600 fix. Then I got a 2nd opinion and got it fixed for $150. Make sure to always get a 2nd opinion to make sure you're not about to get molested like I almost did. I had to pay $80 to have them come out and way over bid the job.

Had my A/C replaced and the team did a fantastic job. They we polite and courteous. They made sure to keep the house clean by putting down drop cloth inside. Once the job was completed, they walked me through the install and operations.
