Had a toilet/shower drainage issue that required fast resolution as there's only one bathroom. After another company tried and failed to fix the problem, I made a call to Parker & Sons. Taz came out the next day and within 10 minutes had the drain working and a plan to get the problem fixed once and for all. Within 24 hours, the team found the root cause and fixed a mistake a previous contractor made during initial installation. Took less than 5 hours to get it done. Thanks Taz and the whole team for getting us back up so quickly!

Called them they showed up in 35 min the water heater blew up and they saved me same day installation. Was it a little more expensive yes but I needed it done the same day and they got it done and done right the techs are great the phone people great

Brett,Brandon and Ronald were Awesome. The 3 guys performed with speed and knowledge. I will never use P&S again. My $5,000 HVAC unit for a 1-bdrm condo was only 2 years old when it stopped cooling. Capacitor blown and $350 of refrigerant required. 8 months later it quit heating. Parts not available to fix for 5 days. 11 days, 1 no show, 5 tech visits, 2 requests to speak with management not responded to, and another $350 bill later, it's still not heating as efficiently as before. What a waste of time and money. I'm done with Parker & Sons.

I called Parker and Sons to repair a leak in my shower. I have 2 shower heads and only 1 was leaking. After spending $525, when he was finished, BOTH of my shower heads leaked!! He told me he could fix both of them for another $585! Then he said I would still need new shower heads for another $185 each! Parker and Sons is the biggest rip off I have ever seen. They try to upsell you. A year and 1/2 ago, I had them do a ""maintenance check up"" on my HVAC UNIT, and they told me I needed a whole new unit. I didn't replace it and I have had NO trouble with my unit. Long and short, do NOT use Parker and Sons! They will rip you off!!
