Garrett with Parker was fantastic. On time, knowledge, friendly, explained what he assumed the issue was and made a recommendation for a fix.
The fix resolved our slow floor drain!
Very reasonably priced compared to other plumbers we got quotes from (most other plumbers just wanted us to replace our pipes vs try a more cost effective solution first).

Well let me add my voice to the admiring throng. This company came recommended by one of their former employees, so I wasn't entirely surprised that I had such a good experience. They really went out of their way to make me happy, (and I was strangely high maintenance, so I appreciated their tender loving care. )

Really good company. I got a few quotes for my house remodel project and Parker Svcs was the most competitive. Nate visited the site and really took the time to understand he job. His bid was itemized and really easy to understand and select what options/services I wanted him to perform. He is the owner and he was personally involved in almost all aspects of the project. He was a man of his word and was one of the few hassle free subs on my project. I would use Parker Services on my next project and highly recommend them.

I called Derek about replacing the galvanized pipes throughout my 80 yr old home due to declining water pressure.

He arrived on time for the estimate, was friendly, and he explained to me all of my options without trying to sell me more than I needed. The bid arrived by email quickly, was very reasonable, and included the various options that we had discussed. He was flexible in scheduling the work when I could be home, doing the job over 2 non-consecutive days.

There was excellent communication throughout the process. David, Lee, and Steve all arrived on time and worked consistently to get the job done. David and Lee returned on the second day on time and finished the job, even doing a few extra things they noticed needed doing and installing a new dishwasher. They were all very friendly, explained what they were doing, cleaned up after themselves, and were thorough. They walked me through all the work they had done and answered all of my questions.

I received very high quality work and great service for an excellent value. I feel like these guys have integrity and pride in their work. I will absolutely call them again with any plumbing needs.

Better than amazing simply outstanding. Made a call and within an hour there was a Parker Services technician at our front door. The technician was quick to identify and resolve the problem we were experiencing with fitting our new stackable washer and dryer in a very, very small closet. So appreciated the can do attitude. I highly recommend Parker Services for any of your plumbing needs.

I received amazing service from Parker Services!
I needed help with a sink clog in a bathroom, and also asked to have my side-sewer inspected for damage/roots. They showed up exactly at the time they'd promised, were extremely clean, and (my favorite) great communicators throughout the process. They cleared a difficult drain for me, even installing a new p-trap under our vanity where we'd taken it apart. The inspection was also great, with them showing me the live video of my side-sewer and also tracking its path/location outside for me in case I needed any work done in the future.
All in all, enjoyed having them help me out and would definitely recommend them to anyone.

When you wake up at 5:30 in the morning to the sound of bubbling coming from your bathroom the day ahead that held such hope goes in the crapper. Literally. Raw sewage had backed up in to my bathtub. I could only stand in disbelief as I looked at it. Then I went on FB and pleaded for a plumber referral. A friend's comment posted immediately saying ""CALL PARKER SERVICES!!!!!"" I trust my friend but I checked Yelp and their reviews were amazing. I took a leap of faith and I called. THANK GOD I DID! I called at 8:05 and by 8:35 two very professional guys showed up, talked to me and then my husband on the phone.., took at look at my tub (gross!) and went to work. I kid you not by 9:25 the work was done. The clean-out area needed to be cleaned out itself. Not only did they fix the problem they explained why it happened and a course of action to prevent it from happening again. No up-sale pressure to get more work done right this moment. They were super knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I never want to go through this again but if I do I'm calling Parker Services. Great job!
