Similar to the previous review, I have not personally used them as Plumbers and I would never do it after what happened. They were doing work across the street from me and it was causing water pressure issues and muddied the faucet water. I went to speak with them the first time just to inquire information. The guys told me what they are doing aren't affecting my house. After we talked, just so happened the Dallas Water Utilities people were here reviewing the meters and they told me the pipes are all connected so it could affect me. I then gathered some evidence as you can see attached (I couldn't attached videos) and wanted to show it to the plumbers, one of the guys told me to "stop harassing him", told me "get the f away" and proceeded to get in my face. I ain't gonna lie I lost my sh too but I was only asking questions because what they were doing is affecting my house and other units. I spoke to the homeowner about this and confirmed that when I started experiencing issues is when the plumbers started doing work. This guy should be fired for real. No "integrity", not as advertised.

To be clear I have not personally retained this firm's services. My neighbors hired them for a project and there was an issue with the owner parking illegally and blocking the street - restricting access from 4 of my neighbors homes. When asked politely the plumbers ignored, then refused the request to move their car to the side of the street zoned for parking or the driveway of the residence of work. One worker proceeded to get in my face stepping towards me aggressively with threat of assault. Many of my neighbors feared my safety and attempted to help resolve the issue, requesting that they move their trucks to a spot that allowed traffic to flow.

The workers continued to curse out no less than 15 of my neighbors yelling racist remarks.

I would not feel comfortable hiring these men to perform work in my home.
