Terrible, horrific experience... Very unprofessional on the phone, snide and condescending... Waited a week for the appointment, was told one time and then they showed up @ a different time... Poor communication and terrible communication.

Had a major sewer line back up on a Saturday and couldn't wait til Monday to get get it fixed. I called Parker plumbing and Stephanie the lady who answered the phone was super polite and promised someone would be out asap. Two guys showed up in less 2 hours on a Saturday and fixed the sewer line. I will be using them in future. Very professional people and easy to talk too. If you need a plumber this is the company you should use. AWESOME AWESOME people.

BE AWARE, DON'T EVER NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SERVICE. They tell you free estimate, but when their technician come to your house, they remove your plumbing and toilet apart, then they give you a very high price to repair, if you don't accept their work, they will walk away leaving all the mess for you to put back and clean up. NEVER HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR YOUR SERVICE. DON'T LET THEY SCAM YOU.

Lies! I used them through my home warranty company. Worst experience ever! I had a technician come out and lie and say he ordered the needed part for my toilet. Someone from the office called after the technician left and asked was the job completed before they closed out the work request, I informed them that he told me he ordered a part and I was just waiting for that part to come in. Well, weeks go by, I follow up, I was told I had to call my home warranty again and have a work order reissued because I guess they closed out the ticket anyhow with false documentation that the only issue was with the water fill level. The technician apparently did not even document that a part needed to be ordered. So I jump through hoops to have it reissued. Technician came back out today, now the part that he supposedly ordered weeks ago is not covered because it's ""missing"". Sure buddy! You removed the debris from that broken piece when you were last here! So basically they collected my insurance premium without completing the job. Thanks for nothing!

Even though Parker Plumbing was quick to get to our plumbing emergency two days before Christmas we probably would have been better off waiting for a more qualified firm. We had a major leak from the second floor to the dining room. The young man who first came out had to quickly call for back up. They cut numerous holes in the ceiling and walls to find the leak which were mostly unnecessary. So they leave us with lots of debris and supposedly a fixed leak. It was not fixed, a couple days later one of the joints they installed was spraying water and damaging even more drywall. When we explained what happened, they gave some lame excuse about freezing and thawing (this was inside where it never got below 60 degrees). We paid them over $1300 and their mistake caused more than $700 worth of damage and they refuse to reimburse anything. The owner seemed very annoyed and made some feeble attempts to meet me at the house and eventually stopped responded to my calls and emails. My opinion is to find any other plumber you can. I would give a zero but the system made me give them at least one star.

Parker Plumbing was at my house on Thursday afternoon. Saturday night I had emergency gas crews at my house due to the gas leak caused directly from the plumber not installing a part (thermocouple) properly (did not use tape and tried to cover it with putty). And then on Sunday yet another gas leak from the second part (control valve) he had replaced and again, didn't install properly (no tape again and didn't even try to putty this one) I'm 8 months pregnant and my room is just feet away from the water heater that leaked for 3 days. Not only did we have to evacuate our home until the gas crew could evaluate but I now have the concern for the next 6 weeks of any damage caused to my unborn child. This plumber was very friendly and quick to diagnose and repair. If only he had done it properly and not been lazy, this would have been a very different review.

I am not sure what's wrong with the phone system for this company, but half the time you can't even get through (it just rings and rings and finally disconnects you, or you randomly get a ""number cannot be completed as dialed"" message). The phone number that comes up when you google them is totally wrong, and has been disconnected.

When you do manage to get them on the phone, it's usually a surly older guy who is quite rude and seems like you are inconveniencing him by using the services his company provides. If you're lucky, you might get a very pleasant woman on the phone who seems to work part-time there.

When we finally got work done (a simple water heater installation) the two plumbers were having an argument when they arrived and barely acknowledged my presence. They continued arguing as they worked and slammed their tools around. The whole experience was very unprofessional.

The actual work they did was fine, but literally any licensed plumber can install a water heater successfully, so I would never seek this company out again.
