When I called the office, Carol answered and was incredibly helpful and caring. We had, had an inspection done and learned we had a gas leak at our tankless water heater. She got Chris out to us as soon as possible. When he arrived he was so kind and professional. He took at look at it and informed me that nothing was broken and in fact the line just needed to be tightened and have some adhesive applied (which is what we suspected.)

He only charged me their minimum trip charge and even checked my other connections in the basement to make sure none of the rest were having the same issue. They saved me $700 from what a different company wanted to charge! I am so impressed and would recommend them to anyone needing their service.

Kevin and his office assistant are FANTASTIC- AMAZING - FAST - CARING - KIND - PROFESSIONAL!!! What more can we say? We had to shut off our house water line due to a faulty pressure reducing valve and with two teens and two dogs - no water becomes an ""issue!!"" We called after hours and his assistant offered us a spot the NEXT MORNING and Kevin was here early, professional, fast and ACCURATE!! Charged an extremely fair price and we are all happy campers again!!

The team of men that came to my house were polite, articulate and considerate of my time and property. They offered the best solution faster than any other service, they completed it at the lowest cost but left my property clean. They went above and beyond in how they left the area which had to be totally dug up for the repairs. Locally owned, this was by far the best company to work with. I did have four total estimates and companies come out. I would recommend them for quick response, professional work and affordable cost.

I always try to hire local and the initial local company bilked me BIG time (talking thousands of dollars) ... not all locals are the same -- again SOO happy to find this company!

I live in Littleton and was referred to this company by someone else. I called first thing Monday morning after my water heater began leaking over the weekend. I told her about my leak and that I already reached out to the water heater manufacturer and confirmed that the water heater would likely need to be replaced and was still covered under warranty for the leak. The lady who answered the phone was very nice and told me that the soonest opening would be on Tuesday but that she would see if someone could come over if they finished another job early. She took down my address and phone number. She called me back later Monday afternoon to say that nobody was able to finish early so she scheduled an appointment for 8:30-9:30 Tuesday morning. Well at 8:30 on Tuesday I get a call from Kevin who says: ""I'm not coming to your house because I only service the area of Parker and I don't go that far."" I made it very clear where I lived when I first called and even gave my address and nobody told me that it would be a problem for him to come to my house. He didn't care at all that I was going on day 2 with no hot water. He also admitted that he didn't want to do the job because it was ""warranty work"" which requires him to buy the water heater and then wait as long as a month to be reimbursed by the manufacturer and it wasn't worth his time to come all the way out to my house for that type of job. I would just like to warn anyone of my experience as there are many other good plumbing companies available in the Denver area and I wouldn't trust someone who is more concerned about cherrypicking the most lucrative plumbing jobs while abandoning those jobs that were already scheduled by his company, but may be less desirable work.
