Steve was super fast, early and followed through. I was very impressed by the quality of work and his friendliness. I highly recommend using him!

Steve provides an excellent service. Helped us repair and upstairs leak and supplied a great referral to get the water damage area repaired. Highly recommend Parker Plumbing to anyone in need.

I asked Steve to give me a bid on some plumbing work here at the house. First, he called me back :). Second, he was very responsive and set up a time to come to the house to review the project.
This project wasn't your typical project because it was small (less than a day's work) and required going under the house. Steve said he would do it and his bid was very reasonable.
We scheduled a time to do the work and he was on time! YEA! He and his helper were ready to go and they did a great job by finishing mid-day. What was great about Steve was his professionalism, communication and willing to do what was needed to get the job done.
Thanks Steve!

I had Steve and his team install a whole home filtration system and am very pleased with the work. They also helped hook up a fairly complex sink / pump system. All done a a very fair price. Thanks much to Parker Plumbing and all you do

I had a leak in kitchen sink. I called several plumbers from Home Advisor and Steve at Parker Plumbing was the only one who contacted me and this was on a Sunday! He set the appointment for 9am Monday and arrived a few minutes early. He assessed the problem and quoted me a very fair price. I had purchased a replacement faucet which had a defective part and Steve went to Home Depot to purchase a different
faucet and a better quality one than the one I had purchased. He stated the one I had bought was low on the totem pole for quality.
Considering the time Steve had to stop and go to Home Depot, the
price was very fair and his work was quick once the better faucet was
purchased.
I highly recommend Parker Plumbing for repairs and/or installations.

In a nutshell, I am *extremely* impressed with Parker Plumbing. Steve is prompt, knowledgeable, handles odd plumbing w/expertise and a sense of humour and is nice and friendly (you just kinda want to go out and have a beer with him and swap stories) Oh, and he didn't cost an arm and a leg. I'd recommend him to anyone and everyone!
More details: Parker Plumbing has been an amazing find (a referral from my parents who also use and highly recommend him) I live in a true tiny house on wheels (how I can afford to live in Silicon Valley - I split time between here and Reno) which can be challenging to work on. The spaces are tight, the plumbing is a-standard and the builder dropped off the face of the earth so we're working somewhat blind. I had a sudden explosion of water from my bathroom sink that flooded my place and meant I had to turn off all the water to my house. I contacted Parker Plumbing, explained the situation - I had managed to identify the cause of the leak a hot water feeder hose that had come undone, but I didn't know how to reattach it as I couldn't even get to the sink's inner workings with how the home was built. Steve came out very promptly (on-time and had a great sense of humour about my lack of a normal address) He was extremely knowledgeable, polite, friendly and even my dog (who is very protective) took to him immediately which, as a single female living alone, is oddly important to me.
On his first trip Steve capped the feeder hose so I could at least turn my water back on and have running hot and cold water in the rest of the house. That bought him time to schedule a longer visit to do the more complicated task: disassemble the bathroom to get to the sink (the builder apparently had never thought of building to provide access to plumbing.) The second appointment went swimmingly as well - rather than disassembling the entire bathroom (phew) he took an alternative approach of drilling out a much bigger access hole (break out the power tools!) so he could get to the plumbing - once that was done, super-fast the sink was fixed. He even caulked the faucet for me (my builder has also apparently never heard of caulk either) and then took a look at my faulty shower faucet for me and is sourcing the part to fix that for me. He even offered to show me how to replace the faulty part if/when it goes out again. I feel like he goes the extra mile and is extremely easy and nice to work with. I can't recommend him highly enough!

These folks probably really do know about plumbing. However -- their customer communication makes the company just bizarre. I called American Sewer Rooter, because i have a bathroom where toilet , sink and tub are all slow to drain. They said, we ll send a truck at 3 , with the large roto rooter equipment.
Then unexpectedly, an older man called me, from parker plumbing...? Evidently parker plumbing owns American Sewer Rooter? The older man told me , I am coming over to your house right now. I said, no, i have an appt for 3. He came anyway. He was overbearing, bordering on rude. He was like many older men - talked on about what i didn't need, drew diagrams of what my system does not look like, told me about other people s plumbing that he had fixed. He used an auger on the toilet and pulled hair out of the drain, announcing ""your problem is fixed!!"" of course it wasn't fixed at all. This was what had been done twice before. He also told me,"" the solution is that you need to go to a drug and buy stool softener regularly, that will fix your plumbing problems. "" I am not kidding on that one. I live in a house from 1940, with large trees around it, with old pipes, and he's telling me this?
At this point, I called for someone to pick up this older man, his attitude was quite irritating. He had told me at least 4 times, he was the ""Best plumber in Longview"". I called the company, and said, please tell this older man to leave and send out the drain truck crew that was scheduled for 3 pm. As he was leaving, he was still rude and arrogant.
Then the son called and said, ""you don't need our drain truck, my dad fixed your problem, its a $110.!! "" I paid it - what i did not ask for - and still have the problem. I had to call a different company the next day. I also had another plumbing issue, a dripping faucet , that i didn't even get to address , just trying to get Grandpa out of my house. By the way, i am 66 myself, so i am not anti older person. A company should provide what was expected, not whatever they feel like providing.

I have a renovation for my fireplace and needed a plumber to shorten the gas pipe so that the gas insert would fit the firebox and be able to have it hooked up. The plumber the fireplace uses unfortunately was injured. I had to scramble to get a plumber come in at the last min to help keep the project on track.
Steve was terrific. He came out the very same day, took a look the job and was able to shorten the pipe the next day for me. He was very efficient quick and great to work with. Can't thank him enough!

Our company bathroom was leaking, so I called Parker Plumbing and they came out the next day. Steve was our plumber, he was quick, friendly, and efficient. Thank you Steve! :)

Called a few plumbers here who gave me the run around. I have used Steve 3 times and this guy is LEGIT. He works with his young son, calls back in 10 minutes, shows up on time, and is so affordable. Last job complete reinstall of bathtub hardware and shower - $120. 6 Stars!
