I called Parker Plumbing and Jake came out to look at the job of replacing my existing tankless water heater. Due to it being late Friday he was able to e-mail me a quote on Monday. Jake's free quote was VERY reasonable compared to the 5 previous quotes. Jake said he wasn't very familiar with new unit I had purchased yet did an excellent job of installation. My installation required some custom work which Jake handled expertly.

Let me tell you, Parker Plumbing is by far the very Best ever Plumbing company here in the Temecula/Winchester area, Response is Super and they are very knowledgeable and Reliable to do the work you need in your home . Jake is amazing! He works fast is efficient and communicates very well. He definitely knows his stuff and is easy to work with. He fixed our pool equipment and even a month after it was done was able to work with our home warranty to verify information so I could get my reimbursement for my out of pocket expenses.

Jake was great to work with on my water heater upgrade to a tankless system. My old water heater failed on Sunday, he came out that day to give me a quote and I had hot water again by the following evening The price was very reasonable and the service and communication was excellent. I would definitely use Parker Plumbing again and would recommend them to a friend.

Jake came out the same day and in a timely manner. He was very communicative and gave me a few solutions on how to fix my plumbing problem. He recommended one over the other but did not pressure me to choose the more expensive option. He also noticed a minor leak (that I knew about but didn't bring up to him) and he fixed it with no extra charge! Overall satisfied with his service!

Very surprised that Jake was able to come out the same day. I'm sure that this isn't always the case but it was welcome this time.
