Let me just start by saying this company will rip you off, too rip you off!!! I had this company scheduled to look at my water heater for my tenants a few weeks ago, by which they were scheduled to come between the hours of 12-2:00pm. Never showed until a little after 4:30pm, but their unpunctual timing ended up being their best quality by the end of this story. After they spent a whole 3 mins looking at my water heater, this guys conclusion is my water heater is broke..it's old....and needs to be replaced, it's a done deal!... he tells me it's going to cost me $2500 to replace it with another 40 gallon water heater. I explained a 40 gallon water heater only costs 700-800 and if I went with one of the higher end types, maybe up to $1200? And those are prices that everyone gets, not wholesale cost, that I'm sure you get?? Then says he can do it for $1200 if I get the water heater, it takes maybe 45 mins to install, he wants $1200.00 for labor? WTF? I told him no thank you, I'll look around. Low in behold this guy never bothered to check to see if the gas was even on, which it wasn't...my tenants never knew the gas company was separate from the electric and assumed it was all one bill. And since it was on most of their tenancy they had no idea of this fact, until the gas was shut off and locked? So come to find out, my water heater was perfectly fine and works very well as long as the gas is connected.... This guy never bothered to check this and this is his line of work, Idiots! Mind you this is right before Xmas and in the winter, which those in desperation might have fallen for this? But their countless efforts of trying to weasel money continued, they had the nerve to send a bill of $275 for their 3-4 mins of trying to bull shit me out of $2500. Be careful of scammers, I should send the bill into the better business bureau and let them know I was charged for them to scam me for 4 minutes of their day?
I would hate to see anyone fall for this crap and spend way more money then they should ever have to, especially when your appliance is perfectly good. My appliance doesn't need replacing, its this company is what needs replacing? I never write reviews, this took me weeks to even go through
with even writing this, but my mind would not let it rest and I felt I had a responsibility to everyone to assure nobody else deals with this as I did. my concern for the well-being of others is held to a standard of integrity and respect, which this company lacks, so I felt this was well deserved....
Sincerely,
Citizen scam patrol
Don't even deserve the 1 star, but has to give it in order to post this review..

Very Rude and expensive They installed a completely different system that I asked for and charge me over $800 r""Rip Off""

We had a water heater problem called Parker and Parker plumbing . They came out the next day. They promptly took care of the problem. Very professional courteous let us know exactly what they were doing. Would well highly recommend them.

This fine business reacted quickly when I visited an elderly relative, and discovered toilet was broken. I called to see how soon they could come and within a few hours, Bill was here and replaced the toilet. I am impressed at the speed and efficiency of this plumbing business. The ladies who answer the phone are gracious. Highly recommend.

I cannot say enough great things about my experience with Parker & Parker! Called them at 11:45am with a clogged kitchen sink issue, and they had the problem solved before 2:00pm, along with recommending what type of faucet to get as a replacement. However, the thing that's made me a customer for life was the fact that I happened to look out my window as the van pulled up and witnessed the two employees run over to help my elderly neighbor empty her big yard waste can! Rick and Walter had no idea I saw their act of kindness, and this tells me more about the caliber of people and what's important to this company than anything else. Highly recommend!

I went on their website and requested an estimate for a water pressure problem. I got a quick response stating someone would contact me soon. No one called me. Now, the response was quick, but there wasn't any follow-up. I'm just glad my problem wasn't severe.

Dustin came out very helpful very knowledgeable did a great job repairing and and and installing my drain and sink would hire them again.

From the first call to the last turn of the wrench, Parker & Parker offered the kind of service you'd hope for from a plumbing company. It's nice to know there is at least one plumbing company out there still focused on maintaining its reputation.
My mother in law had a basic but urgent fix - two non-functioning toilets. After several calls to other local plumbers (all of whom either went straight to up-charging without seeing the issue), I landed on Parker & Parker.
James, the plumber they sent the next day, was professional, knowledgeable, nice, respectful and - most importantly - got both toilets back in working order in no time. It turns out one was in need of a new fill valve and the other was just temperamental and 25 years old. It cost us $100, parts included, for his hard spent hour worth of time and it was worth every penny.
Now I can rest easy knowing she has working toilets and a guaranteed repair from a company that prides itself on professionalism. If I'm ever in need of plumbing again, they'll be my first call.

Showed up same day and delivered great service. Fixed all the problems very quickly and parts were reasonably priced. The plumber was very professional and knowledgeable. He explained everything and gave me advice taking care of our toilets. Highly recommend these local professionals, I will tell all of our friends to go with PPP! Great job guys!

If there were six or seven stars, Parker and Parker Plumbing would get them or more. Just talking to Carlee in the front office gives a feeling of competence. We had an outdoor leak that was very, very difficult to find. As the plumber was strugglling to find the leak, he communicated with the owner, Bill Parker. What do you know, pretty soon Mr. Parker, himself, arrives to help with the leak detection. Difficult to find is not the word for this leak. So, Mr. Parker tells me there is this plumber, Roger, who really knows how to find leaks. After the weekend Roger shows up, this time with a camera which he puts into a sewer line. He views (and shows me) something wrong with interior of the pipe. He has equipment that then localizes the abnormality beneath stamped concrete. An ""X"" marks the spot. Roger and and another tradesman arrive soon thereafter with a concert saw and remove 5"" thick sections of concrete to discover that the entire pipe had broken (Yup, right under the ""X""). Not only that, a huge amount of dirt had been washed away (I believe down the sewer). After repair of the pipe, it was necessary to fill the void where the dirt was missing. To my amazement, after consultation with me, a cement truck and cement pumper arrived and filled the void. After the concrete had cured, the plumbers returned to replace the slabs of stamped concrete that had been removed. After carefully mortaring it in, I defy you to see where the repair has been done. This is a company that took TOTAL responsibility for finding and very professionally solving my problem. This company has a deep bench of equipment and knowledge. I am very grateful to the entire organization. Added bonus: to a person, these are very nice people.
