Great Service, honest business! We had a hot water leak under cement slab. They were able to fix the problem within one day at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend their services. BIll was extremely helpful with suggestions on how to fix the problem.
It's not the first time I've used their services and would definitely use them again!

After 4 hours of labor. The service man. Cut my sprinkler line and capped it telling me that was the leak. It wasn't and I told him from beginning that it was the main water line. So paid $420. To have wrong line cut and capped. Brought out new company today. They are actually fixing the main for $175. Would not recommend. Update. Second company came out and spent 1 1/2 hours and actually fixed the problem. Parker and Parker milk their time working supper slow and then fail to grasp what is leaking. Call a plumber that honors the time and knows what a leak looks like.

Not going to lie. I called MANY other plumbers before this buisness. All the others said ""24/7....EMERGENCY CALLS"" but had approximately a week wait. Hmmmm....ok. understandable. Only working toilet in a new rental house, i can hold it for a week or so!

Tech showed up about 2hrs after i called.
Extremely kind, and professional buisness. Ive repaired and replaced many toilets...but once in a while....theres just some things i just cant do.
They fixed it!!

Parker plumbing helped me troubleshoot my mother's water heater. I was calling from Seattle and Bill asked foe model number. Found out the water heater had 40 days left on the warranty. horrible experience with parker and parker. they advertising that they have all the tools. and when they worked in my house, the plumber did not had or pretend that he didn't had the sniffer.he waited until the next day so in the mean time i was paying $105 per hour. i over heard him on the phone requesting the sniffer.yeah he waited until the other worker bought it. and i still paying. would never hire them. i really would had rated 0 .

Hired this Company to fix leaky pipe under house, they said it needed to be rerouted. Very unprofessional the people that came to my house look like I hired them from Craigslist, well Maybe some one from Craigslist could have done a better job. Horrible experience not professional left drywall chunks and dust in my closet didn't bother to clean it up. Oh did I mention, they are WAY OVER PRICED! Save your self some headaches and call another plumber.

Great company!! Our tankless water heater went out at 4:30 PM on the Thursday prior to Memorial Day weekend of 2017. Parker and Parker had a new unit installed by 3:30 PM the next day. WOW!! I could not be happier with the price, the service and most definitely the speed of repair. Took LESS THAN 24 hours to have hot water restored to my home, and right before a big holiday weekend!!
