Sergei is a good guy. English is ok. But important that he perseveres and gets the job done!
Brought over his young son to help. Had given me price over the phone to install a fan and balance two older ones.... which he had not installed.
He did great with the installation of the new one. But had a tough time balancing one of the others. He went to store and picked up and exchanged out the mounting bracket and it corrected the problem 80%. He did not charge me for this. All the fans work well!
Happy with his service... plan to use again.

He didn't follow my instructions. He didn't call me 4 hours prior to arriving at my tenant condo. He Didin't install the Door harwareI bought, but he fix the door handle.
He probably is fine working on owner occupied homes and may not be familiar with tenant occupied properties.
