These guys are fantastic! I called them just before their listed business hours and they answered the phone immediately. I was expecting to have to leave a message, but didn't have to do that. They were able to come inspect my water heater within the hour. I was given a fair estimate, they spoke with a representative from my home warranty company, and were able to remove the old tank, pick up a new one and have it in place by lunchtime! I called them at 7:00 am and the job was completed by 12:30 pm! The guys were very professional and friendly and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

My regular plumber decided he wasn't answering any calls over Christmas weekend. These guys did. With sub-zero wind chills they were here the day after Christmas, in my crawl space, replacing the old, shifted sewer pipes that weren't getting the job done. Magnificent job, and they drove all the way to Downriver. Check out their website. Using the chat option I was able to explain my exact problem and they came prepared. These guys rock. I'd give 10 stars if I could.

Worst experience ever for sewer problem. They came out after five claiming they didn't charge extra for they late job. After a while they came out of basement claiming they ran snake over a hundred feet three times and hit nothing. They left after a very excessive charge saying problem was with the city. We called city in am. They came immediately and found no problem. PB didn't call back until two days later claiming he was on the way to my job. I told him I could be there by five. Another company we called because PB wasn't calling back had found the blockage within 15 minutes. They ran 3.5 inch bit out three times. Charged me 1/2 what I wasted on these guys. To top it off he was a no show no call at five. Forty years and four homes. This was the worst plumbing company I've worked with

I would give 0 stars if I could. Parker brothers came to my house on a Saturday to fix a clogged drain. He was unable to finish the job because he didn't bring the correct equipment, so he said he would be back on Monday at 5. At 6 on Monday, I called to make sure he was still coming. He then rescheduled and promised to show up on Tuesday at 5. He never showed up. I called, left VMs, and texted...and received no response. I initially wanted to use Parker Brothers because they were family owned.....how unprofessional and what a joke they are.

I couldn't have asked for a better experience from Robert and Dylan. They came over so quickly in our time of need to get our basement to stop flooding. Robert explained everything they were doing and preventative measures for the future, and the most cost effective solutions to do so. After having a different plumbing company over before and then not getting it right, Parker Brothers did the job right, and fast. I couldn't say enough positive things about this experience. They are my go-to plumbers from here on out. HIGHLY Recommend! Thanks guys!

Wish I could put zero stars. I called to set up an appointment for 3 o'clock on a wed. I work midnights as a nurse so woke up early to wait for the plumber. They NEVER showed. I called and left a message on an answering machine disappointed but willing to reschedule. He texted me hours later saying he put me in for the wrong day and that he would come on thurs. I asked if he could reschedule for Friday and he agreed. Well guess what, nobody showed Friday. Very unprofessional!!!!

be careful before you let them do any work......they don't finish the job...............they came into my home and started work like a ball of fire...........they chipped off the drain cover and unplugged my slow running pipe ...........they said I would need a 2 inch cover for the drain pipe and that they would go to home depot that day and get one and be back to install it.........they never did that, so be careful with their promises........they are also very high priced when I compared their price to other companies later on .......would not use them again !!!!

My 70 year old mom's water heater wouldn't stay lit. It was hard to find a company to come and take a look without charging at least $100....until I called Parker Brothers. I spoke to someone very friendly and very accommodating and I let them know I was calling for my mom. She wasn't charged just to get an estimate for the repair. They were very reasonably priced and completed the repair quickly. My mom said that the person who came to her house was so friendly. So glad to have found a dependable and trustworthy plumber! I have already spread the word to other family and friends. Thanks for a job well done!
