I was scheduled for an estimate between 10-12. After taking the morning off work and sitting for 2 hours, I called and they told me the window was 10-1. After sitting for another hour, they never showed up and never contacted me to at least let me know they would be late (or not make it). I know you can get busy, but too busy for a call? They must be so good that they have plenty of business. As for me...they just cost me a day of work.

Had a plumbing annoyance on a Saturday and was hoping for a quick fix. Anthony and Mike showed up 15 minutes early , (called to make sure it was ok) and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. They took the time to show me what the problem was and explain it to me. The price was more than fair and I appreciate the customer service. I would highly recommend these guys.

I called asking for an estimate for a water heater replacement. They gave me the morning time window the next day, Anthony and Mike were here first thing. Anthony answered all of my questions, was very knowledgeable and courteous. He gave me what I felt was a fair price on the estimate, I said lets go ahead. I asked if it could be done the same day, he called the office and they gave me the 2 - 5 window. Anthony and Mike showed back up at 2 and had everything done and working within an hour and a half. They were a great team, cleaned up after themselves, were super friendly and even taught me how to drain the water heater to prevent mineral build up. In the future if I have any plumbing issues I will definitely be calling Parker & sons!

Parker and Sons did a great job for me in repairing a rusted outdoor gas line, replacing an outdoor faucet, checking out both my AC systems and installing safety switches on both of them in case the condensate drain line ever backed up. Very responsive and quick. Plumbing can be expensive, but this is a case where I got what I paid for.

Our plumber Ian had such a great attitude and was very professional. We had a big plumbing situation at my San Antonio house the day after Christmas with two toilets and showers that were clogged and spilling water everywhere. He did a fantastic job clearing it all up. We were charged less than $200 for everything. I'd call them again if I needed to. THANKS! Recommend 100%.

Downside: It took them a hour to arrive after I placed the call. Maybe because it was a Friday at 9 PM?

I'm not a fan of cold showers, so I made some calls and found a plumbing company I could trust. Parker and Sons plumbing was very affordable and punctual. The water heater replacement went very well and now I have hot water again. I highly recommend these plumbers as they care about their customers.

I want to start by saying thank you to this business.

I made an appointment via their website. My issue was not an emergency and was not written up as such. Never the less I had a response in my inbox in less than 10 minutes. From who assume is the owner since his last name matches the company name. I made this reservation on a Sunday afternoon (the opening week of the NFL season too!) So I have no doubt in my mind that had it been an emergency that it would have been handled as such. Also, I am overseas and had to set up a specific date and time to have someone at the house to meet them. No problem was the answer I received and they showed up just as promised. Upon arrival they introduced themselves and gave my father a business card. He described them as friendly, professional and clean. My dad is not the easiest person in the world to please so this kind of comment from him means something to me and it should mean something to anyone looking for a plumber. I can say without a doubt that I have found mine. I don't know the name of the gentleman who worked on my house but I want to thank the company for their excellent customer service they definately have my future business.

On time, very knowledgeable and courteous. Anthony provided an in depth explanation of options and appeared to be more concerned about savings us money than charging us for unnecessary repairs or procedures. He was easy to trust and we would recommend him to anyone.

I called Parker & Sons on a Sunday and they were at my house in an hour. Maybe I lucked out, but no one else was even open on Sunday. The guy came out and was super firendly and knowledgable...not a condescending know-it-all like every other service provider I come across. He knew exactly what to do and didn't try to pressure me into services I couldn't afford.
