Prompt responses and prompt service. We have utilized Park Ridge plumbing twice for my parent's house. We tried another place but won't do that again as they were really pricey and took quite a long time to finish the work. What I like about Matt is that he is prompt with responses and pretty much on point for time of service.

Aside from that, he will let you know if something is awry. I like the fact that he's reliable and trust worthy - sometimes you never know what you get. I've been able to even text him for service for my elderly parents when I've been out of the area and had no problems. Highly recommended - I can't thank him enough.

Chances are that if you are reading this review, you need some plumbing help ASAP. I was in your shoes just yesterday, and thanks to Matt at Park Ridge Plumbing my problem has been solved.

I will be honest: I contacted 3 of the best rated plumbers who served my area to get a quote on sorting out my plug shower drain. Matt was the middle bid, but he was the only one with whom I could find a mutually agreeable time in less than 24 hours.

In the end, my drain was unclogged within a few minutes of his arrival and I was a thoroughly satisfied customer. I will definitely be calling him again if I am in need (hopefully not for a long while!) and can wholeheartedly recommend Park Ridge Plumbing.

Awesome, clean work. Meticulous. Explains everything, A real Professional in every way. Very prompt. Excellent service at reasonable prices, job done right. He has done a LOT of work cleaning up garbage work by the plumbing subcontractor that screwed up. Cannot praise the service and work enough.

Called because of an emergency situation and called several recommendations from friends before just mapping out local plumbers. Found Park Ridge Plumbing from my map app and called, mind you its 8 pm. When he answered the phone I was grateful and when he said he would be there in an hour I was overjoyed. Offered to come the next day without the after hours fee but some situations are desperate. Came and rodded out the pipes that were causing a problem, checked and double checked. Had a conversation with me about the culprit toilet papers to avoid and were so kind. I truly had visions of much greater expenses in my head (but was told an estimate over the phone and it was spot on). Great work, clean and so kind. These guys had probably worked all day, it was yucky cold and rainy and here I was keeping them out even longer...going into my book for any future work. Thank you so much - customer for life.

I have had Matt out twice two my house now. Both repairs were very reasonable in price and he did a great job. Matt ha very personable and local. Two things I like. I will definitely use Matt for future plumbing needs.

I had 3 unrelated plumbing repairs that needed to be done - a leaky sink, installation/replacement of kitchen sink garbage disposal, and a stuffed up drain in the basement. The basement drain was fixed/rooted- no problem.
However, the sink disposal we bought was criticized because Matt never heard of it, even though it is one of the best rated brands. And he wouldn't install it because it had a plug- even though the wires were already under the sink from the old disposal and only the in-sinkerator has a no-plug end. Look it up - everyone just says install a box or cut the plug. But I didn't know what to say - I am dumb about plumbing. THAT IS WHY I CALLED A PLUMBER!!!!
After, my wife pulled the wires, put in an outlet and installed the unit herself yesterday - which made me mad because I took the time to call a plumber and got no ""husband"" credit for that. It took my wife an hour +1/2, but Matt couldn't / wouldn't do it. He seemed annoyed at the project. It probably should have take him 1/2 hour.
And he couldn't fix the leaking sink because of one reason or another.
I was charged $280 for a simple pipe rooting - I think that is high. He obviously charged me for looking at the stuff he wouldn't/couldn't do. And I have no experience with this stuff so I need a plumber to do it for me. Money was not an issue, but I feel he overcharged me.
No, I would not recommend or call him again. I actually never had a worse experience with a plumber. I expect jobs to be done - not just passed over as inconvenient. Now I have to call another plumber and have the sink fixed. Based on the other ratings, did he just had a bad day?

Matt from Park Ridge plumbing is great! His prices are very reasonable, he is very polite and explained everything in detail. He responed very quick and got the job done quickly. I used him twice with phenomenal results. I also referred him to my parents who had an emergency plumbing situation and he got there and got the job done quick and perfect. A++++++++++++ I highly recommend Matt.

My tenant called me saying the kitchen sink was leaking (only when the water was turned on) and he couldn't see where it was coming from. I gave Matt at Park Ridge Plumbing a call at 6pm on Wed and he was out at 8am on Thursday. Ended up being a extremely simple fix (the kitchen pullout needed to be tightened). He had it done under 2 minutes and didn't even charge me! I'm keeping him on my list of go-to contractors! Wonderful experience.
