I have used PR plumbing twice in a year now. Once for a clogged pipe ridding, and then a new water heater install. Matt does nice work at a reasonable price. Does not try to upsell you. Honest local plumber. Avoid the big guys that advertise on TV. Great local company.

Asked for a quote to rod out the main sewer line...a project they did less than two years ago. At that time it was an emergency as everything was backing up into our shower. It was super expensive for the emergency call, so this time we were being proactive and wanted it done before it HAD to be done. They had all the info they needed to give us a non-emergency quote but kept emailing saying they needed more info. We went with another service after getting two instant quotes through Yelp at a significantly lower rate. The other service did a fantastic job. Sorry PR Plumbing....you lost a customer.

Called them to get a water heater installed. Was quoted a significantly lower price than what I was charged after installation. It was a simple straight forward installation and warranted no upcharge. I was baited by the owner. Wouldn't use them again.

I was so happy to fine a plumber I could trust. I called and Matt came out to fix a leak I had in my water pipe feeding my hot water tank. He was very prompt and friendly. There was no, okay I am going to fix this and leave. He explained what the problem was and as he was explaining what he was doing, I had other plumbing questions for him and he answered all of them. He is a great plumber and a nice guy. I will always call him for my plumbing needs and by the way the price was extremely fair. Jimmy and Yvette

I had them come out to replace a sump pump. They did a good job with the work and everything seems to be working, kind of. For some reason when they installed the new pump, my other (2nd) sump pump became the default. This defeats the purpose of having a new pump. I wanted the new pump to be the default which it was prior to them coming out.

I asked them to come back out and see what the issue was. They refused unless they charged me a $75 call back + $140 service charge (hourly...so if it took them more than an hour I'd be charged even more). I paid them $700 to replace the pump on the original service, you would think they would come back to make sure they had a satisfied customer. Which I am not. I was even willing to pay a small service fee for the revisit, but to pay another $215 just to have them check their own work is ridiculous.

I told the owner I wasn't happy and all he responded with was I'm sorry. If I was willing to pay the full $215, he would come back to look.

Needless to say I won't be hiring them again.

For two days we tried everything we could think of to unplug our toilet. We wasted our money on products that did not work. Via Yelp we discovered Park Ridge Plumbing and were extremely impressed. Vanessa and her partner came out this morning about an hour after we called! Not only did they unplug the toilet; they were kind, professional, friendly to our dogs plus they even wore shoe covers and cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommended.
