I had them come out to replace a sump pump. They did a good job with the work and everything seems to be working, kind of. For some reason when they installed the new pump, my other (2nd) sump pump became the default. This defeats the purpose of having a new pump. I wanted the new pump to be the default which it was prior to them coming out.

I asked them to come back out and see what the issue was. They refused unless they charged me a $75 call back + $140 service charge (hourly...so if it took them more than an hour I'd be charged even more). I paid them $700 to replace the pump on the original service, you would think they would come back to make sure they had a satisfied customer. Which I am not. I was even willing to pay a small service fee for the revisit, but to pay another $215 just to have them check their own work is ridiculous.

I told the owner I wasn't happy and all he responded with was I'm sorry. If I was willing to pay the full $215, he would come back to look.

Needless to say I won't be hiring them again.

For two days we tried everything we could think of to unplug our toilet. We wasted our money on products that did not work. Via Yelp we discovered Park Ridge Plumbing and were extremely impressed. Vanessa and her partner came out this morning about an hour after we called! Not only did they unplug the toilet; they were kind, professional, friendly to our dogs plus they even wore shoe covers and cleaned up beautifully. Highly recommended.

We called to have a bathroom sink rodded. Vanessa and Selena came out the next morning. While the job took an unexpected turn due to a weakened pipe, they fixed it all. They were efficient, professional, clean and friendly keeping us up to date on what they were doing. This was the second time we've used Park Ridge Plumbing and we will use them whenever we need a plumber.

I needed toilet flange replaced fast so I called Matt based on reviews on Yelp. He did come fast, charged me price he mentioned over the phone (in my opinion too high for the job- $600 !!! but I agreed because I needed fast and professional job), job was done in a timely manner, only problem I have is that I never received invoice even thought I called twice because he send me by email originally- at least he said that he did it which I did not received, after two phone calls and him saying that he did it again I did not receive until this day!

Had a plumbing emergency, they came out on a Saturday night. Corrected the problem, and then came back later in the week to install the long term fix . Nice team, straight shooters, we will use them in the future .

I needed a kitchen and bathroom sink drain rodded.
He is extremely clean and thorough. I need a part or two he actually had on the truck. He wouldn't leave until everything was perfect....and it was.
I would not hesitate to use him again. Amazing guy.

A plumber and a journeyman plumber were able to come out and fix my plumbing emergency within a few hours of my call. They were able to give me advice over the phone to contain the situation until they could get to my house. They rodded out the line from my house to the street. They accomplished the task in 1.5 hours. Their fee was reasonable, they were efficient, courteous and clean. I definitely would use them again.

Great experience with Park Ridge Plumbing. Woke up to our water heater bursting and damages across our basement floor and carpet. I called Matt after I saw him on yelp and he sent someone out within a couple hours. The team removed the old water heater and installed a new one. We had some complications which took longer than expected, but Matt still honored the quote he gave me on the phone which was nice to see. We definitely found our plumber for the future!

We needed a plumber last month when my mom's garbage disposal stopped grinding and started leaking. Reached Matt just before 8 a.m., and he made an appointment for the following afternoon.

The next day, Matt called us back, saying he'd got an emergency call (sump pump failure) and asked if we could reschedule for a couple hours later the same afternoon. I can't remember the last time a contractor called to keep me up-to-date if his schedule changed.

Matt showed up right at the scheduled time. Besides being personable, he was neat and efficient, and had the job finished in a flash and for the estimated amount.

Matt was very responsive and competitive in giving me a quote. He showed up as scheduled and performed the work expertly. The cost ended up higher than the original quote and still (work was done May 7, today is July 10) haven't received an itemized statement despite 3 requests. Probably wouldn't use them again.
