Called on a Tuesday morning about water in the basement that I suspected was from a slow leak in the hot water tank. The owner of PP&H came by later that afternoon to make an inspection and found water in the tank setting after removing the pilot guard, quoted a price, and arranged to come replace the tank Thursday morning at our request.

Arrived 8:30 AM on the arranged date with two crew members, replaced the water tank and three valves, removed the old tank, and was complete by 10:30 AM. Thoroughly satisfied with the quality of work, speed, and service!

My aging high-efficiency boiler (a Weil McLean) was acting weird and failing to heat the house and domestic hot water. Anthony went above and beyond: multiple visits, called in favors from his industry contacts, and met the WM rep on-site to troubleshoot the problem and get us running again. He could have rightly and understandably shrugged his shoulders and given up, but instead he persevered and got the thing working. When it *does* finally come time to replace the unit proper, Park gets my business.

What a great service. Called this AM and they had someone available this afternoon. Not only did they fix the toilet but also a slow drain8ing sink. The plumber was pleasant and knowledgeable. Saved the holiday.

Excellent service, excellent work, fair price. I used them first in 2014. They were quick to come, did the job well, and charged a fair price. I called a second time with a new complaint, that the pipes in our steam system were clanging. The plumber on the phone said to check the water level in the b oiler -- if it was too high, that could caused the clanging, and just let some water out of the boiler. That indeed was the problem, and I was saved a service call and impressed with the honesty and integrity of Prk Plumbing. I have since had to call on them for a couple more problems (most recently installing a new drainpipe for a washing machine on the first floor, and their service, work and price have been impeccable. So much so that I want to use them to replace my boiler (which needs replacing) this summer. I recommend them most highly.
