I called Parham plumbing which turned out to be Magnum Industrial LLC. They got the job done in one day but charged me considerably more than the agreed price. They would not furnish an itemized bill. I would never use this company or its affiliates again. They are not a reputable company

We hired Parham Plumbing (Arnold, MO) to install a pressure regulator, kitchen faucet and hot water heater. After installation of these items, the plumber was supposed to return with a helper to remove the old water heater. After spending $2,000 with this company, they refused to come back for the old heater and left it leaking in my basement. I had to hire a junk removal company to take it away. Do not hire Parham Plumbing (also known as Magnum Industries, Inc. in Eureka, MO)! They are dishonest and unreliable!

BEWARE THEY TAKE ADVANTAGE OF ELDERLY PEOPLE. They were called to look at a leaking bathroom faucet of my parents they were told that the faucet would have to be replaced. When he was done he charged them $375.00 for 1.5 hrs of work this included leaving to go pick up new faucet. When they asked for a breakdown of the bill the plumber got mad and defensive and demanded payment still not providing a breakdown of the bill. I called to ask about bill and the plumber refused to talk to me and on phone and would not return calls. When I called I heard a person in the background making fun of the situation. I then checked them out with the BBB and found that they have an F rating for all of the complaints that have been filed against them.
