These people are absolute crooks that should be put out of business. Do not trust them. I paid them for 2 estimates and never even got one of them. We have plumbing and A/C issues that 'technicians' came out to give an estimate 2 almost 3 weeks ago. We NEVER got the estimate for the A/C. They gave 3 estimates for the plumbing that ranged from $7000 to $1800. But...that was still going to take another week to even start the job haha!!! I called and called with no return calls for days on end. I talked to managers and people who claim to be of knowledge, who can't tell me why we never got the A/C estimate. This has been the most frustrating experience I have ever had with a plumbing/home repair company. Maybe they can unclog a toilet, but if you need a large job go somewhere else. If you have any other option at all DO NOT, I repeat DO NOT deal with them. I am filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as well.

We purchased a new AC unit a little over two years ago. The former owner is who we dealt with and he did a great job educating us about the options for out home. Upon install, one of there technicians fell through the ceiling. Parham owned this and repaired the ceiling obviously at their expense. We were sold on the ""gold plan"" which would include discounts and multiple benefits at on $20+ per month. We experienced some cooling issues and they came out to note that one of our fans upstairs were not working. During this call I explained to Chris, the owner, how they ran the duct work and pipe outside of our home was noted as ""unprofessional"" by a competitor and they should have attempted to cover it. No problem, Chris had one of his techs come out and cover the ""eye sore"". A couple of months later, we are contacted by Parham that our annual plumbing inspection was due. During this review Parham turns the water of and on. When doing this the rubber type washers in our kitchen sink failed us resulting in a very small stream of water compared to normal. I spoke to CS on this matter of disappointment because the kitchen faucet was working just fine before they came out. Chris later called me stating there was nothing they would do to correct the problem, but we could have it repaired for a few hundred dollars. At this time, I tell Chris had we not allowed you all to come out for the ""courtesy inspection"" this issue would have not arise. We then elected to no longer participate in the ""gold plan membership"". Today not even 3 years into the new unit, our AC unit is not working. I called Parham and the CS rep said she would have to see if she could put us on the schedule per Chris. As his notes state we had a disagreement. A couple of hours go by and I call back. Another CS rep answers and states she can put us on the schedule but it will be sometime next week. Keep in mind today is Monday. I am writing this review to let others know that Chris does not want to be questioned on anything. and I know they are intentionally ""putting us off for over a week"" due to me questioning the workmanship of his company. Do not waste your time with the group. Other large AC companies in Jackson have been more than responsive and will be out in a much more timely fashion- TODAY.

Maybe not the cheapest place to do the work but they do stand behind what they do, and they come out rain, snow or shine LITERALLY!

My first experience was in the spring when i first move out here, our heater stopped working. They sent out a repair person the next day as it was pretty late when i called them the night before, but even with a huge rain and thunder storm, the guy came out and serviced the unit, found out that a board and the fan had died, ran in and got a new one in town for an old unit as this is and fixed it. The price seemed a bit steep as the parts were double what i could get from the manufacture, but then again i didn't have to sit in the rain and wind trying to figure it out then having to repair it.

My second repair on the heat once again, i thought something had gone wrong but they sent a tech out the same evening for concern for my wife and i as it was snowing. I had not expected them to get someone out right then as we did have plug in heaters, but sure enough he came out and in what ended up being a little over 2 inches of snow he worked until he could verify the issue which was the gas valve was stuck so he couldn't fix it that night but still spent near 2 hours messing with it in the cold. They got the valve in two days later after i assured them we would be fine with our plug in heaters till then and they got right out and fixed it.

I know i could have done the job a lot cheaper, but it was nice not having to mess with either fix so to me it was worth the cost in the end. I will continue to use Parham.
