This plumber did work for my elderly neighbor and totally took advantage of her. Generally marked up all of his parts a factor of 4 to 5 over retail from any local plumbing supply. Charged her for over $400 of supplies that you could purchase at White's or Bender for $40. Replaced 3 sillcocks and 2 toilet flappers and charged for 2 men 2 hours each with parts $750. Stay away form this one!
