I have been using Steve and Paul for many years for all my plumbing needs. They are knowledgeable in everything to do with plumbing (which I am completely not) and respond quickly. They explain what they are doing and quote me a price. They are honest and fairly priced. Their work is always to a high standard. I would, and have, recommended them to anyone looking for a honest, reliable plumber.

Honest guys, quality work. I'm always a bit anxious about contractors up-selling me stuff I don't need and overcharging me for things I do need. These are not those guys. I have used them for big and small jobs. They have have decades of experience and get the job done right. They come in under the other guys' prices. They will be my first call next time.

This plumber was recommended to my mother but she will not recommend them to anyone! After receiving an invoice which she was charged $2400 for labor, we questioned them and they rewrote the invoice. They said that because they had never installed a Navien tankless water heater, they had to do hours of research to learn how to do this. So they charged the customer for that research. Had we done our homework, we would have learned that certain plumbers are certified to install these systems. Had we known this, we certainly would not have used Pardner's. A job that took them 6 hours at my home installing the water heater cost me far more because I paid for them to learn how to install it. The plumbers certified to install these systems do not charge their customers for the time they spent taking training classes to learn how to install these water heaters.
Also, on the new invoice, one of the lines says ""Misc materials - $335"". Who know what that is for. I highly recommend you find a different plumber, I wouldn't even consider Pardner's Plumbing in the future. This company is completely dishonest!
