Luke was exceptional!! The three problems I had weren't crazy but he was able to figure out how to fix the issues creatively and saved me a fortune in the process! A previous plumber wanted to open a wall to fix a leaky faucet. Luke found a workaround that has worked perfectly. A bathtub needed to be snaked and he handled it better than any plumber I've ever hired before for this issue. I can't recommend Paramus Plumbing - and specifically Luke - more!!!

I called them and asked for an estimate to install Central AC in my home. At first they wanted $175.00 to come out. I had called 5 companies in all, Paramus was the only one that wanted a fee. I balked. I don't pay for estimates. They reconsidered and agreed to come out at a mutually agreed upon date and time to bid on the job.
They missed the scheduled time, arrived about 5 hours later. A week or so later I got a vmail that they wanted to discuss the job. I returned the call to their vmail and asked if they could simply send me the estimate in an email. A few weeks have gone by, no estimate.
I must say I was not completely surprised. The few interactions I had with them on the phone left me suspect if they would show up. They came across as being not really interested, but we'll do you a favor and come out and bid on the job type attitude. So thanks for the apathetic response to my invitation for you to bid on installing CAC. You helped me narrow down my search for finding the right customer centered company. Thank you for eliminating yourself from consideration.

Not only did Mr. Brent Pagan have an in depth conversation with me about the potential plumbing issue while he was at home, but also PPM also made my appointment for the same day! What a breath of fresh air after dealing with rude people for Roto Rooter. Trustworthy and affordable as well. Thanks!

After installing a heating system that did not work through the winter and cost me $1200 plus five nights in a hotel to stay warm at my expense, Paramus Plumbing finally installed a new system. I am replacing my one-star review with this three-star review.

We had a frozen pipe and I frantically called around trying to find someone to come out ASAP. These guys were able to come to my house within an hour of my call and the service was good. They unfroze the pipe, added insulation around the pipe, and also put up a small piece of foam to stop a draft in my basement crawl space that was causing the pipe to freeze. The only thing is that it was very expensive (around $700) but I guess it's cheaper than dealing with a burst pipe.

Awesome Brett came to our rescue!!!! we had no heat last week in the first cold snap of the season. He came and fixed our furnace in 10 minutes, very reasonable rates such a wonderful experience will keep his number in speed dial

Just wanted to send a quick note expressing how thankful my family was after contacting Brett and Craig at this company. Our HVAC system died last Wednesday night (the first day of a heat wave) and we were expected to have a BBQ that Saturday. Additionally, we have two very small children and two dogs, so naturally we worried about how hot our house would get without air. We contacted Brett on Thursday morning, and within two hours Brett (the owner) and Craig were inspecting the issues, by the end of the day all the equipment needed for the job had arrived at our house. Friday morning, Craig and another worker were at our house by 8:30am and worked through the day, moving around other jobs that they had booked due to the priority of our house having no AC. The job was completed on the same day, and we were charged less than the initial estimate Brett gave us. I cannot speak highly enough about their professionalism and ""straight shooter"" attitude. I do not plan to use another company again, and recommend them to anyone.

I had a great experience with Brett and his crew. They worked well into the evening to make sure that my kitchen sink was snakes and draining properly. When I was in need of assistance again, Brett made sure that I was not left hanging and that I was seen by someone that weekend. I would definitely call Paramus plumbing and mechanical again!

Brett & Craig were great! Had a really tight squeeze to replace a water heater that had started leaking. They went above and beyond to get the job done! They were professional and good conversationalists as well. I'm very happy with their work and highly recommend them to anyone!

Our furnace was not working on Tuesday night and we were desperate to find someone to repair it the next day. Called two places before I found Brett and we are so thankful for his service! Brett came to our house shortly after I called him. He assessed the problem, went out to get parts, and came back to fix it. He stayed until he was sure our heat is back on! The price was reasonable and he is honest. Brett is great!!!
