BELIEVE THE HYPE. These guys are awesome. Woke up with no heat this morning and its freezing outside. Called them first thing in the morning and all of Brett's guys were on jobs. I've got a 2 year old and a 4 year old and had to get them out of the house because it was so cold. He understood my situation, told me all of the preventative measures to take in the meantime and he went out of his way to send Mark out to do a diagnosis (although he was on another job 20 minutes away). Mark got here earlier than they even estimated and diagnosed the problem in 5 minutes. Problem was, we had ADT here yesterday installing our alarm system and they must have flipped the switch off that controlled the boiler (we just moved here and was unaware this wall switch in the basement operated the boiler...I know stupid me). Anyway, I was all ready to write the check out for the service call, but Mark refused to charge me. I'm a business owner and have dealt with a lot of different contractors over the years for HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fire...you name it. I don't know of any company that would operate with such honesty and not take the money. If I could give these guys 6 stars, I would. I'll be sure to call up Paramus Plumbing next time I have an actual problem. Thanks guys!

There are not enough good words and stars to be said for Paramus Plumbing, and to Brett and his team.

I called Paramus Plumbing when we realized that the house we moved into at the end of August had wired up the furnace to seem as if it was turning on (to pass inspection), however it was actually broken - and in the room my two young children slept, it was getting increasingly cold.

Brett came and diagnosed the issue on a Monday night - at about 7:30 pm after he had already been working all day - and then over the course of Monday night through Wednesday night (as more and more problems became evident) Brett spent about 10 hours and got the furnace fixed and basically re-wired as new - he came to my house 3 days in a row, after a long day (not to mention spending the days in between on the phone trying to get the right parts for the repair) - so that my kids would be warm in their room.

Brett was incredibly knowledgeable, went over and above out of his way to finish my job quickly, and was personalble on top of it all.

Not only would I recommend him, I ended up hiring Paramus Plumbing again a few days later to replace my hot water heater. This time Mark did the installation, and again, was knowledgeable, educated me on the issue and installed the new heater within 1/2 a day.

These guys are the only HVAC and plumbers I will ever use again.

Brett's great and I highly recommend him. He's really friendly, professional, and a talented plumber. He came by after hours to fix my furnace. He knew right away what the problem was and fixed it super fast. His pricing was also really reasonable. I will definitely call him again.

After calling a few plumbers in the area, my husband and I decided to go with Paramus Plumbing to fix our slow shower drain. After having a negative experience with a previous plumber, we wanted to make sure we went with someone we could trust. Brett was really nice over the phone and was very accommodating in finding a time that worked with our schedule. He's honest, efficient, and knowledgeable and did a great job. His price was very reasonable, and he also gave us advice on other plumbing-related jobs in our house. I highly recommend him to anyone who needs a plumber.

Plumbing is one profession that seems to have more than its share of either incompetent or unscrupulous or outrageously expensive (or all three together) kind of people. I have had many bad personal experiences.
So, how wonderfully refreshing it was to meet Brett of Paramus Plumbing. Everything you read in the other 5 Star reviews is absolutely true. In fact, it was the Yelp reviews that guided me to him in the first place.

He picked up the phone himself ( no answering service ) came over promptly, was neat, clean, respectful, pleasant and most knowledgeable. He did his work efficiently and cleanly without leaving a mess behind. And then he pulled out his iPad, entered all the info and emailed an invoice to me immediately. His total charge was fair and appropriate.

What more can one ask?
