SCAM ARTIST- have multiple phone numbers and addresses
Our experience with Artic Air began with a service call due to an odor emitting from our AC unit. Following their assessment, we were advised that a new system costing $9000 was necessary. After installation, the unit initially functioned for a few days but then ceased cooling altogether.

Upon contacting Artic Air again, they dispatched a technician who attributed the problem to insufficient refrigerant due to improper installation by a colleague. After adding refrigerant, the system still failed to cool our home. Despite numerous attempts--over 10 texts to technician Sam, 7 calls to the main office, conversations with receptionist Lisa ensuring callbacks, and multiple emails and certified letters to the owner --Artic Air has been completely unresponsive for over a month and a half.

Another company was called in when they were unresponsive and charged us an additional 2000 to fix the errors made by Artic Air

Absolutely agree with other poster- I called ""Baker Brothers Plumbing"" and these guys showed up saying they were ""Arctic Air."" No name on truck, no names from the plumber- said that they were ""bought out"" by Baker Brothers. Never pulled a permit for my hot water heater. Three months down the road and I'm back & forth between them, ""Baker Brothers"" (who claim they know nothing about this) and my city's building department. These clowns need to be shut down!!

Scam artists that take your money and don't do the install! Beware! They also change their name constantly. No address, no website because they don't want to be traced. Do NOT USE!
