Marcos was very professional, efficient and courteous. He unclogged our drains and in addition made sure to check his work. We're so lucky he was able to come within a few hours notice. I can't comment on the price compared to other plumbers, but I know he could have charged me more if he wanted to. On a side note, he was very respectful and even took our pets into consideration. He communicated with me and with my in laws, bilingual king may I add, so we could be fully aware of the process. I would recommend him to everyone. Thank you!

On an extremely hot Monday afternoon our AC unit decided to take a dive. With the wife and kids home the heat made things unpleasant fairly quickly. After a few unsuccessful attempts to some other AC techs we were able to find Paramount Plumbing Heating and Air via a Google search. I reached out and immediately was greeted by Maria who was very pleasant on the phone and very helpful. She informed me she would be getting our info over to one of the field techs and I should be getting a call shortly. Within 5 min. of ending the call my phone rang and it was Marcos. Marcos explained he was very close to our location and would swing by if we were available. Within 5 min. of ending the call with Marcos he was at our front door and jumped right into action. After a quick check Marcos informed us we needed to have the capacitor replaced. Within 40 min. of making the initial call our AC was back up and running chilly as can be! I was on the road home from work and was able to communicate very well with Marcos through his entire process. He was very informative, knowledgeable, and took the time to show my wife the replaced parts. On one of the hottest days we were thoroughly impressed with not only the speed of arrival, price, and repair but the overall service provided by the team at Paramount Plumbing Heating and Air.

I'm not sure if this guy knows how to fix anything may be replace maybe install but repair definitely not after lying to me about having a carbon monoxide leak and banging around in my attic for five minutes only to shut off the gas and not repair anything after the gas company came out to report no leaks and another repair man came to fix the problem within five minutes. I realize that I paid this guy $100 to do nothing I warn you do not do the same. After leaving the review, Marco called back to call me the N-word and let me know that he hates any customer that is honest about his horrible service call I have a recording and screenshots. Please find better help anywhere else he is operating with no license

After a lot of run around from other plumbers, I decided to call Paramount Plumbing and I am so glad I did. Marcos was able to provide same day service & analyzed the sewer odor issues I was having in my unit. He explained the situation and was very knowledgeable immediately identifying a couple of problems. I highly recommend his services if you are in need of a plumber. Marcos @ Paramount Plumbing Heating & Air saved the day! After a botched whole house remodel and addition we needed someone knowledgeable and reliable to finish the job. Marcos came in and installed our tankless water heater, fixed plumbing misteps, and hooked up the faucets and plumbing for 2 bathrooms, a laundry room, and kitchen.
