Marcos was great! Was notified right when I called that a technician would be available to come check out my AC between certain hours and Marcos proved that right. The AC unit was inspected and information was given based off what I have and what would be needed to get it kickstarted again. Very knowledgeable and recommended. I definitely would use Paramount Plumbing Heating & Air again if needed.

I am very pleased with the services and customer care I received from Paramount Plumbing. I called after my air had been out all night (it was a really hot night by the way)! The person who took my call was polite and friendly and assured me that she could have someone out in a few hours! This was great news! She called when the technician was running a little late to keep me abreast of his arrival.

Marcos arrived, diagnosed the issue, quoted me what seemed to be a fair price and he got to work!

Even after he ran into a snag (no fault of his own) he made sure my unit was up and running perfectly by the time he left my home! I am very pleased and would totally use their services again!

He also made it a point to check on the AC a few days later to make sure all was well.

I called Paramount plumbing yesterday morning after the other HVAC company we called the day prior, dropped the ball. Abigail promised me an eta for a few hours later and more impressive, still, was the fact that Marcos showed up a few minutes earlier than the eta which was originally given.

I was very pleasantly surprised that they had someone available for same day service, during such a busy time and on a holiday.

Marcos was able to quickly troubleshoot our issue and had us back up and running within 30 minutes. He also provided us some options to increase the efficiency of the AC system, going forward.

Our condenser unit stopped working on the hottest day of the year. After another company no showed without calling, we called PPHA, they said they could have a tech out as early as 11am that morning (labor day)! Marcos showed up promptly at 11am and quickly evaluated the system and explained what happened. He answered all of our questions, maintained a safe social distance, wore mask, gloves, and shoe coverings inside the house. He was super friendly and knew his stuff. Will call PPHA next time we have an HVAC issue.

Marcos came out and did an awesome job...our ac system need some dire clean up and maintenance and he came out today LABOR DAY and took care of it for us without hesitation. The reply was quick and he was to us within an hour. We did not know much about ac care but definitely do now. This company will for sure be our go to for any AC/Heater maintenance. In the middle of a heat wave my AC was not working ,had other companies come out that were not affordable. Called Paramount Plumbing Marco arrived on time wearing a mask and after testing a few things AC was running and blowing cold air. I was surprised how fast and affordable the service was. Set up an appointment for my parents home and wasn't long before Marco tested AC and got their AC running. Its pretty challenging finding affordable service but can tell Marco is there to fix the problem. My parents and I were impressed and decided to include two reviews in one... 5
