I had been a loyal customer of Paramount for over 12 years and had them service 3 different homes of mine during that time. No more. I can tell you know their quality and service are terrible. They are now a big business and just want your money with awful plumbers. Example one - had a leaky toilet at my primary house and plumber said 3 of my 4 toilets had to be rebuilt. Months later they were all leaking after the rebuild. I called to tell them to please fix they said why did i wait so long, then i told them my mother passed away and this wasn't a priority plus you guarantee your work right. They came out fixed what they broke and unnecessarily charged me - cost was $1000. Example 2 - Recently had they plumber come to diagnose a shower leak at a condo i own and they said there is a missing piece. The super at the condo sid they can order the piece and plumber said he'll come back out to install w/o additional charge since i had to pay $450 for him to initially come out. Recently spoke to service manager (i used to speak to owner) and they said he'd have to charge me to fix the shower. Done. Good bye Paramount (Erik) best of luck to your big business. I'll take my business and my referrals else where.

TLDR; Their technicians have no knowledge or experience, they didn't fix either of my problems, and they never follow up as promised. I've used Paramount twice, the first time was for a stale odor coming from our guest shower. They cleaned out the drain and it didn't help, they had no further ideas about what could be causing the smell, and the only suggestion they had was to do a smoke bomb in the clean out and check for leaks, but said it would cost thousands of dollars and probably wasn't worth it. So we still have the smell. The second time I used them was for our bathtub faucet, the hot tap had stopped working, they came out and looked at it, and said they would need to order a new cartridge. It's an older faucet so they said that the cartridge might be out of production, in which case we would need to replace the faucet. I was fine with that, and they said they would get back to me the next week with an update. The next week came and went with no contact, so I called them and was told they were still looking for the cartridge and would definitely call me after the weekend. That was now 2 weeks ago and still nothing. I was not impressed with any of their technicians, they came to the house 3 times total and every time they had to call someone and explain the situation to check what they should do. It seems like they just have a bunch of rookies in the field and maybe some experts back at the office who are real plumbers?

We needed to replace our water main riser in the garage as it was old and rusty.We got a number of plumbers to come and give us estimates.Most would not work on galvanized steel piping .Paramount did the job for us no problem and it was done efficiently .We can highly recommend them as plumbers who know what they are doing and are reliable .We highly recommend them.

Had a great experience with Paramount - everyone from scheduling the appointment to getting the work done was very pleasant and helpful. Vinny installed a whole house filter for us and was great to work with. I'd recommend Paramount!

Paramount Plumbing has been my go to for the last couple of years when it comes to my plumbing needs. I have never had an issue. The staff has always been professional from the staff in the office when I need to set up an appointment whether I do it by email or calling. They call and let you know when the plumber is in route and who will be coming. The plumber who have taken care of any issue I have had have been professional, lets me know what eve the problem is and what my options are. I will continue to use Paramount Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

Phil did a great job remounting a sink that has come apart several times over the years - I am confident the way he remounted the sink will finally work! He also fixed a weird situation we had with our hot water handle on our bathroom sink, but was able to rebuild it for us. Super nice person - did a great job explaining the problem and how he was going to fix it. He's very friendly and polite and focused on the job.
