Cameron was just great, timely, efficient, knowledgeable and friendly. I needed to have toilet checked for whistling noise which he found right away and then checked other toilets, then unclogged my dishwasher hose, all within his allotted first hour. He also checked the pressure going from street to house and found that it was really high, a problem Redding inherently has. So later, after initial hour, Cameron also replaced the main regulator and valve. Compared to other plumbing outfits, Paramount was the most reasonable! I have used them in the past and Cameron has never disappointed!

We had a water line break under the sink during the shelter in place and on a Friday afternoon. They got back to me so quickly and were able to get to my house so quickly! They fixed the damage and made a few other quick repairs that we requested during the visit. The price was reasonable and kept us from having to deal with a leak or remain unable to use our kitchen sink over the weekend. They were efficient, honest, and I felt like very reasonably priced!

Absolutely FANTASTIC!!! I received a referral from a friend and am SO glad I called Joe to replace our home's broken water main. These guys are professional and gave me the best quote out of 3 other companies. They showed up on time, called to notify me when they would be here and finished the job super fast. There was so much ground to dig up, I was expecting it to be a long, messy process, but was I ever wrong. They left my yard looking like nothing had happened. Wonderful, wonderful service and I 100% recommend this company! I will continue to call them if we ever have plumbing issues-no question.

We developed a leak in our front yard near our city water box. It was not the city's problem so we needed a plumber. I called this company and they were able to send someone out in a couple of hours (which really surprised me). Josh came out and dug down a foot or so and found the leak and fixed it very quickly. The work site was cleaned up beautifully. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing work. This will be our plumber from now on. Thanks so much.

Can not say enough good about this company. We have had them here three times and each time the care and quality of work that they provided was excellent. They have replaced our gas hot water heater, installed a new outdoor faucet to the side of the house that needed one, and helped us install a new soaking tub. We have met four of their employees and all were people we enjoyed having work on our home. Their price is also very reasonable.

Beware the 5 star reviews for this plumber! Perhaps he can fix leaks but a month later my home inspector for potential home sale found plumbing debris in the attic and plumbing debris under the house AND an a/c heating duct at opening to crawl space completely disconnected!! The only one under the house or in the attic has been the plumber. And we specifically told the plumber we would be having the house inspected for sale purposes within weeks and he assured us there was no debris anywhere and that the heating ducts were all intact. And when we called him about this he wanted us to pay him an hours wage to come fix the damage he'd done and left behind! I'll never have him on my property again. I'll pay somebody else to fix it. At 70 I can't do it myself. We had other minor issues on his prior visits but let them slide, but this heating duct issue is the icing on the cake!! Find a better and honest plumber.

Rick was the plumber who came to my rescue. He arrived within hours of the call for help with a leaking water heater. He tried to save the water heater, too, but the years had taken their toll on this faithful appliance. As it was nearing quitting time, he said he'd return in the morning with a new water heater.

Rick returned the next day on-time and replaced the water heater and accessories that were old and corroded. It was a great installation.

I was impressed with how much care he gave to my appliance and my garage, cleaning up better than I would have done.
