Paramount Plumbing came out for a home warranty service call to replace a pressure regulator that went out. The technician Chad called when he was about 10 minutes out to verify it was a good time. Chad was prompt and worked quickly and did quality work. He also spent time explaining what he did and things we might see as a result of replacing the pressure regulator. I appreciate the quality work done and will recommend Paramount to others.

Just purchased a newer home in the area and called Paramount to look at a leaking toilet. I informed them that the toilet leaks from the bottom of the tank when you slightly lean or put light pressure on the back of the seat. They indicated they could replace the seals but they couldn't warranty their work because we had admitted to leaning on it in the past. Strangest call ever.

Wouldn't use them.

I will never use another plumbing company. Chad and his crew came a day early, replaced my water heater the same afternoon and stayed on the phone to get it approved through our home owners. Great crew and great customer service. His receptionist worked with my husband to get our job done as quickly and effectively as possible.
