Paragon replaced a disposal for me. they had the only reasonable price out of 3 local licensed plumbers & booked me within 48 hours. their Tech David was on time, friendly & very efficient. I will use them again.

An old pipe attached to my water heater must have cracked during the night - as I was leaving for the day, I noticed a puddle of water on the sidewalk - not a usual thing. When I opened the outside closet where my water heater lives, I saw water seeping down from old water heater piping into my under-house crawl space. I immediately called Paragon (folks I trust and have used in the past) - not only did I get a plumber in a matter of hours, I got Johnny! As he inspected where the problem was, he noticed a small wisp of smoke coming from the crawl space; turns out, the dripping water landed on a LIVE electrical cord attached to some strange animal control device (that I didn't even know about), and it shorted out, melting wire insulation and parts of the device! Quick action on his part: he turned off the electrical main, disconnected the now-fried device - handed it to me to toss in the trash - and then went about his work fixing the original problem. He worked efficiently, and thoroughly. Now all is well (again). I'm so grateful that Johnny went above and beyond what was required of him as a plumber - if he hadn't caught that little puff of smoke and the smell of melting wire coating, who knows what might have happened to my home while I was gone for the day! Thanks, Johnny - you're a good one.

Thank you Paragon Plumbing. I am so grateful to you. You fixed my kitchen plumping in two visits. Something RED plumping could not do in a year and a half. As a new and grieving widow. I did not feel taken advantage of, like another company that charged ke me, but did not fixthe problem. Bless you.

An elderly neighbor experienced a backed up kitchen sink. My attempt to clear the drain was unsuccessful so the search for last minute assistance began. Paragon Plumbing was recommended by a friend who is a retired plumber. I called Paragon and scheduled an appointment for the following afternoon. Steve arrived in the mid-afternoon, assessed the problem, and quickly cleared the obstruction in the kitchen drain clean out. Steve was professional and polite. Before leaving he gave our neighbor detailed instructions to prevent future drain clogs. I would recommend Paragon Plumbing for any plumbing issues.

Our water heater went out after only a year and a half. Andy rearranged his schedule to come over right away so in case a part was needed he could still come back. He took a look and explained that during Covid the main manufacturer of a certain part couldn't keep up so another was used and they were giving them trouble. A short time later Valerie in the office called to say Andy had secured the part in town and that he'd be back later in the afternoon. A couple hours later she called to say he was on the way.
All of our appliances in our new house were built during Covid so we've had a lot of issues, and Paragon stands out as the most efficient company.
Thank you all!!

IRRESPONSIBLE LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
If you want to waste your time take a day off from work call Paragon Plumbing I did LMAO. I work out of State called a week in advance to have my water heater replaced set up an appointment and verified a day before my appointment time. I took the day off home all day guess what happen..NO SHOW NO CURIOSITY CALL NOTHING. I called 2 hrs pass my appointment time (before 5PM) Answer machine Lol. Sure other companies want my money seems Paragon Plumbing has enough money. Move on.

We,ve had our Rinnai tankless water heater now for 2 yrs, and it is running just like new. I have done the vinegar flushes myself every 6 months to keep scale out of the burner (this is a MUST for all tankless water heaters, especially if you use well water). Don at Paragon plumbing took time to explain it all to me. By the way he plumbed my daughter's new home too, and they like it just fine. I bet we've saved a lot of money on our gas bills too. He/they linked it to our circulating pump and it covers a lot of distance from the east to west side of the house. I plan to use Paragon Plumbing for any new needs, they excell, they don't do short cuts, they are professionals. Thank you Paragon Plumbing. Robert Lynn Eddins.

I have used Paragon on three occasions and have not been disappointed. Great customer service, quick responses and quality workmanship. I'm used to paying twice their hourly rate and getting terrible service, so Paragon has been a great find.

On January 16th my tenant called me and stated that the water company had called her about a possible leak at our property. The water company was noticing huge amounts of water being used, which was not normal.
Paragon Plumbing went out to the property the following week after I called them and said they did notice that the back yard was overly moist. At that point they wanted to get a leak detention company out there to pin point the leak, then bring in a backhoe to dig up the dirt and then they could repair the leak. This seemed excessive, but they said this has been happening all over Prescott Valley and that they have been doing a lot of this type of work. Later they called back and said that since there was Sch 20 PVC pipe on the property they would recommend removing all the PVC pipes and replacing them with PEX Piping, so we would not have this problem again. This made a lot of sense.
After numerous phone calls on our part, we finally received the bid on February 2nd. Turns out the person who does the bids and anything else concerning site work is Bob, who only works Tuesday through Thursday. And as we found out later, he is the only one who will talk to us about what is happening at the job site. So if he does not return your phone call by Thursday, you are out of luck until the following Tuesday.
The bid was higher than we were expecting $1,990, but we wanted the work done correctly, we thought it would be money well spent. From the point they received our 50% deposit, it was like a comedy of errors. Turns out the leak detection company could not actually find the location of the pipes, even though they charged us as if they did. So the backhoe ended up doing a lot more digging then they had originally planned. Later we found out, they could not replace the PVC pipes because the pipes go under the deck and they could not get to them. We agreed not to switch to the new piping and they stated that this should save us some money. Turns out that due to the excessive backhoe digging a lot of the irrigation pipes were now also broken and not usable. Unfortunately, I did not hear this from Paragon Plumbing but from my landscaper weeks later.
It turns out the original problem was caused by one PVC connection not being glued, even though it had lasted over 30 years previously.
So the pipe was glued and the dirt was spread around. They said the best way to prevent this from happening in the future was to place a pressure regulator on the line from the meter to the house. I have done this type of work before and knew that it was not very hard to do, so I assume that it would not be that expensive either. This was my fault for not asking up front what this charge would be. They said that since they had already dug up the area already and it would be easy for them to add it now. Well it turns out when I received the invoice; this work was an additional $696. When I called them about this (naturally I had to wait over a several days to talk with Bob) he said this bill was not excessive.
From the very beginning they seemed overworked, over booked and like they were trying to cover their tracks. Working with them was very frustrating. However, I must mention that their office staff was great and very personable; however she could not talk about the work being done at the site.
The tenant never knew what days they were going to turn up or if she would have water that day. There was no follow through communication with us or with her.
The work was finally completed over a month later and I received their invoice at the end of February. That was the first time I knew that the bill had raised to $2,800.
I would have been so much better if I would have hired a day laborer , dug a trench, found the leak and glued it myself. Then at least the backyard would not be an entire disaster now, the irrigation piping would not be broken in several spots, I would not have to replace the landscaping, nor have to put down a truck load of DG.
I would not recommend this company to anyone.

I recently purchased an older home in Prescott. I had water leaking downstairs from the upper bathroom. I was in a panic to find a good plumber. I am new to the area and there weren't a lot of companies listed on YELP. A neighbor suggested Paragon. They sent Brandon to my house to resolve my problem. He was very thorough and knew exactly what he needed to do to resolve my problem. I am happy to say I have now found a reliable and trustworthy plumber for my home.
