My home lost heating during the Christmas season. I found Craig's number in the phone book and he fit me into his schedule that day to go to my house and prevent any additional damage.

His estimate was received within the week and was very reasonable considering the amount of work that needed to be done. He finished the job as scheduled and without hassles. I can confidently recommend his work.

The team at Paragon Mechanical Plumbing & Heating offered reliable service throughout the process. Their skill was clear from start to finish. I am grateful for their swift action in addressing my heating issue.

The team at Paragon Mechanical and Matt executed a fantastic job installing our shower and tub!

While trying to get other companies to respond, the team at Paragon was able to do it the very next day.

We were very satisfied that the job was done so fast and efficiently, and we really trusted Matt's knowledge and recommendations.

Thank you again!

We faced a situation where My dog bit the wires of My water heater just before Christmas. To start, I called HeatSource Mechanical, and they billed me $179 just to tell that the water heater was broken. They failed to follow up regarding replacement parts and their price.

After much frustration, a few weeks of waiting, and dealing with lots of cold water, I chose to do some research. That's when, I found Paragon Mechanical Plumbing & Heating. Brad was exceptional! Myself sent him pictures of the unit and described what was wrong. Brad promptly found and ordered the needed parts and was working on my water heater just two days later.

From the recommendations of HeatSource, I would have had to replace the entire unit. However, it was clear that all it needed was a skilled and honest individual with solid knowledge and excellent customer service to resolve the issue. I can't recommend Brad and his family-owned business enough. This is an excellent company!

I moved into a house during the middle of October. The technician from Paragon Mechanical Plumbing & Heating came out to give us a bid for installing a gas line for the barbecue grill, putting in a deep sink in the garage, and installing a circulating pump to get hot water to the kitchen faster.

He gave us a written bid on October 29. He mentioned that he was taking time off work and wouldn't be able to complete the job until December 7. We decided to wait.

On December 7, he didn't show up, so my wife reached out to him. Unfortunately, we had been left off the docket. Plans were made for him to come out later in the week. Later that day, he contacted us and said he could fit us in around 12:30. My wife put our two large breed dogs in the backyard for his arrival.

The technician arrived but didn't bring materials. He explained that he needed to assess the job to determine what tools and materials he needed. While he was down in the crawlspace, my wife brought our dogs back into the house.

As he came out of the crawlspace, he seemed agitated that the dogs were inside and said that they would need to be removed for him to work the next day. My wife said she would put the dogs outside. He replied, "That won't work; I have to work outside." She stated she would move them between outside and the garage to work around him and try to keep the dogs out of his way.

The technician mumbled something under his breath and departed somewhat curtly. My wife contacted me; I work out of town, and we discussed her options for the dogs. We agreed to try locking them in one of the kids' bedrooms.

The next morning, we expected him at 9:30, but he didn't show. At 12:30, I contacted him, and he said he wasn't coming over because of the dogs. I told him that we had a solution for this. He said, "That won't work; I'm already booked up for the next couple of weeks. You need to find someone else." I reminded him that we had already waited a month and a half for him. He responded, "I'm not arguing with you; find someone else."

At the time he gave us a bid, nothing was mentioned about needing to remove the dogs, or we would have made arrangements. The dogs were present when he provided the original bid. I can't speak to his work because I haven't seen it, but he didn't show up when expected. He didn't inform us in advance that we needed to make arrangements for the dogs. He abandoned us in the lurch after we waited over a month for him to come the work.

On the plus side, although I lost my temper talking to him on the phone, he was polite.
