Paragon Mechanical and their plumber Matt did an excellent job on our shower and tub install! When we had an issue getting anyone else to come out, Paragon Mechanical was able to do it within a day. We were so pleased that the job was done so fast and efficiently, and we really trusted Matt's advice and expertise. Thank you again!

Corbin, Phil, and Tyler from Paragon have done great work at my house. They are always prompt, friendly, and respectful. They do a great job of explaining their work with great customer service. Their craftsmanship is impeccable. Would recommend to anyone without reservation!

My dog chewed my water heater wires just before Christmas. I had originally called HeatSource Mechanical and they charged me $179 to tell me my water heater was broken and never followed up regarding parts and price. After much frustration, couple weeks and lots of cold water later, I did some research and found Paragon Plumbing & Heating. Brad was phenomenal! I sent him pictures of my unit and what was wrong and he found and ordered the needed parts and was fixing my water heater 2 days later. By the recommendations of HeatSource I'd have to replace the entire unit, but clearly all it needed was a hard working, honest individual with the knowledge and excellent customer service to fix it. I can't recommend Brad and his family owned buisness enough. Excellent company!

I lost heat in my house while I was outside at Christmas. I called Craig out of the phone book and he made time that very day to go to my house and secure the property from further damage. His estimate was received within the week and very reasonable considering the extensive repairs needed. He completed the work on time and without hassles. I have no problem recommending his service.

Paragon has been nothing short of amazing for our needs. They are quick to respond and have opened our eyes to new ways of doing things that saved us money and resolved some issues we were having. I highly recommend this company. Will continue to use them for years to come.

We moved into a house the middle of October. Craig from paragon mechanical came out to give us a bid on running a gas line for the barbecue grill. Installing a deep sink in the garage. And running a circulating pump to get hot water to the kitchen faster. He gave us a written bid October 29. He explained he was taking time off work and would not be able to complete the job until December 7. We agreed to wait. December 7 came and when he didn't show up my wife called him. Somehow we had been left off the docket. Arrangements were made for him to come out later in the week. He called later that day and said that he could fit us in around 1230. My wife put our two large breed dogs into the backyard for his arrival. Craig arrived but did not bring materials. He explained that he needed to look at the job again to find out what tools and materials he needed. As he was down in the crawlspace my wife let our dogs back into the ranch home. When he came out of the crawlspace he was agitated that the dogs were in the house and explained the dogs would have to be removed for him to work the next day. My wife said she would put the dogs outside. He said,"" that won't work I have to work outside"". She stated she would move them between outside and the garage to work around him and that she would do her best to keep the dogs out of his way. Craig mumbled something under his breath and left somewhat curtly . My wife called me, I work out of town and we discussed her options on what to do with the dogs. We decided to try locking them in one of my kids bedrooms. The next morning we expected him at 9:30 but he didn't show. At 12:30 I got in touch with him and he said he wasn't going to come over because of the dogs. I explained that we had come up with a solution for this. He said,"" that won't work I'm already booked up for the next couple of weeks ,you need to find someone else"". I told him that we had already waited a month and a half for him. He said,"" I'm not arguing with you, find someone else"". When he gave us a bid nothing was mentioned about the fact that the dogs would need to be removed or we would've made arrangements. The dogs were there when he gave us the original bid. I can't speak to his work because I haven't seen it, but he didn't show up on the morning he was expected to. He didn't tell us in advance we need to make arrangements for the dogs. He left us in the lurch after we waited over a month for him to come up and do the work. On the plus side although I lost my temper talking to him on the phone he was polite.
