Called number listed and got a voicemail to call this number if an emergency. Called number and he answered within 2 rings. Told me he would be out in an hour. Was here within 45 minutes. Snaked the drain and no more water in the basement. Would definitely recommend. Friendly and down to earth. Called 6 places and no answers or 2 to 3 days out. Very responsive.

Mike is the most arrogant and rude human being I've ever met. He also did not keep his word on the work that had to be done. His company uses cheap parts, never cleans up their mess, and never returns to finish the job. I had to have another plumber come and fix his mistakes (which obviously cost more money).

Well, 5 days later and the drain clogged again. He came out, and ""only"" charged the trip fee... would not clear the inside drain, only the outside one... yes it is running again... and he gave us a lecture that our outlet was too narrow... same one other plumbers have been pulling roots out of for years. We're going to do our best to get a different plumber tomorrow morning. The 2nd star is for actually coming out. But no confidence at all that it is a good fix...
So.... not much of a solution after all... and we did not appreciate the lecture, or him contradicting what we tried to explain of what plumbers had done before.

Mike the Plumber came out within the hour of calling him! My bathroom sink had a leak and I had no idea what to do. He fixed the corroded pipe quickly!
He was friendly and reasonable.
