Its not often I yelp companies but I must say today's experience with Dale of Paradise Plumbing was worth a review. I tried calling 3 other plumbers to come by for an emergency back up. No one was avail. I called Dale as we used him for my company in which time he also excelled in performance and came out same day. He located the problem, told us our options. But went above and beyond and kept trying til he got it cleared. Dale went above to gift the service to us, which was totally unexpected. We really appreciate it Dale. We definitely will be utilizing Paradise for all our plumbing needs at work and home.

He did one sorta honest job. Changed bathroom fawcett, parts and labor, for about 600$ for 3 hrs of work. That fawcett had problems just a few months later. I had to.pay 500$ to fix it. Then he charged me $1300 for 4 hours of labor to install s tub. The tub was already delivered, everything cleaned out, just to put in the drain. He had 2 young kids with him and said that all 3 of them were $100 per hour. I said ridiculous. So he said ok pay $1080. Thats too much too. Plus they didnt cover anything while working and left sll doors open and heavy dust was everywhere over furniture and belongings. Recently he came to work in building where i live and charged them a lot less.
