This company is not timely and over priced.

The first time they came out they were extremely late without letting me know they were running behind. I had to constantly follow up with them. They did good work once they actually completed the job but may have been over priced for what was done.

The second time they came out they weren't on time either despite me letting them know I would be making my work schedule around the time they gave me. However, they again did good work but probably over charged me as well. Again, very tardy.

The third time I decided to deal with them was my last. They originally didn't get back to my request of needing work done. So, I had to follow up with them? Then they came out and didn't have the tools needed on the day of the initial appointment. They then made me wait another two weeks to reschedule due to the holidays, and then didn't show up despite telling me all day they were on the way. When I got in touch with them, they had me confused with another customer who in turn they were deciding not to do the work for (they fired the customer lol- not me, he had the wrong person, but ironically they were turning away the other person they thought I was after he paid them a large deposit). Then I was told I was on the schedule for the following week despite the fact I stayed home from work that day so they could be there. Zero remorse. Never one apology or rush to get out to me.

Ultimately the work was good but there is a lot of run around and lack of communication. Also, I got the work done for 1/4 of the price from a contractor I found on thumbtack. Same work. Beware, the pricing is high and they don't honor the time block that they give you.

I ran into problems installing a new kitchen faucet. I called Ron and he was over the same day in just a couple of hours. He was friendly, professional, and his rates were very fair. I have his card on my refrigerator for the next tine I think about doing something myself.

I had a great overall experience and would not hesitate to recommend him.

These guys are top notch. I have worked with a couple other plumbers in the area but none of them compare to the quality of service from PPG. The owner Ron is prompt, professional, reasonably priced, and really cares about the service he delivers. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a plumber. I had a gas run from my bbq line to my sotove in the kitchen and they also re-did some work I had done on my sink that the prior plumber did a terrible job on.

I found Paradise Plumbing when we were still living in New York state and needed an estimate on work needed for the house we were buying. I called Ron and he could not have been more helpful.
Jumping ahead. We are living in the house in El Mirage and called Ron. He sent out 2 men to give an estimate. Both were very polite and thorough. We felt the cost to be very reasonable and decided to schedule the work to be done.
They were on time, completed everything efficiently and could not have been nicer. Ron is a great guy to deal with and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend Paradise Plumbing and Gas.

I feel so lucky to be living in the same neighborhood as Ron, the owner of Paradise Plumbing. He and his team are so kind and so prompt I would never recommend another company. The guys that have been over with Ron are so friendly and knowledgeable. They are always on time and leave their work space clean when they finish. I feel so comfortable with them in my home and confident when something is worked on it is fixed properly the first time around. They have been to our house, my mothers house and I just referred them to a couple friends who will be contacting them. Do not hesitate with Paradise Plumbing- You will be glad you called them!

What a great way to start the month of September! My daughter needed a new water heater before the holiday weekend. After reviewing three bids I selected Paradise Plumbing and Gas LLC. and Ron the owner came out with his crew and did a great job. They were punctual and professional with their installation. Ron was very knowledgeable in his field of expertise plus took the time to explain what needed to be done. Ron and his crew left the area spotless. We will be definitely be using Paradise Plumbing & Gas for any future projects at my daughters home as well as mine. I highly recommend this company if you need any Plumbing service.
