Outstanding service by Tavis and Justin at Paradise Plumbing. While attempting to hang a shelf above our washing machine, we had inadvertently hammered a nail into a water pipe. We called Paradise Plumbing late last night. As promised, Tavis and Justin arrived before 9:00 a.m. this morning. Tavis carefully explained what had happened and what he planned to do to remedy the situation. Extremely competent with their workmanship. Very professional in demeanor with me and in interacting with each other. Very reasonable fees. Great value for the amount they charged me. I highly recommend Paradise Plumbing.

I was getting several estimates for installing a water filtration system I had purchased. Tavis gave me an estimate that was less than half of another plumbing company! His partner came out on time, very professional and courteous. After the work was done, I noticed water on the floor of the garage. I called them about it, and he was over in less than 10 minutes. It turns out my water heater was leaking! He made some calls and replaced it along with a recirculating pump that day! I would highly recommend their services for any plumbing need. Once all the parts arrived Tucker installed everything and we now have hot water and a working kitchen faucet. On top of that Tucker took the time to install a new dishwasher that the Home Depot delivery guys refused to do, even though he had another stop after ours. Everything works great. We had a leaking water heater emergency. Tavis, (not Travis), made time within a couple hours to show up and fix it. Not with an expensive new water heater either, because he really investigated and found it was just a cracked water supply line that the previous plumber had just reused. Quick, responsive and saves people money? That's my plumber from now on.

My water softener broke down after 15 years of faithful service. I Bought a new one that Paradise installed for me. They did an awesome job. He Arrived on time, very very professional, installation went flawlessly, ensured no leaks and functioned correctly. He also took away the old softener and all the packaging from the new softener! EXCELLENT service! I have used them twice -- the first time was for a backed up kitchen sink. They came out on a Saturday (most plumbers I called do not even work on Saturdays!) -- did not charge me any extra! Cleaned out my drain -- which turned out to be quite extensive. Explained how I can keep it from backing up again. Very friendly and professional -- followed COVID guidelines and wore a mask. The second time was for a leaking outside faucet -- he fit me in-between appointments. Again, very prompt and efficient. HIGHLY recommend!

My water heater started making a high pitched sound on Memorial Day weekend. I called Tavis and he immediately got back to me and helped figure out the problem right over the phone. He has done other plumbing installations and repairs for me in the past few years. Sunday night my water heater died and water was coming over the top of the door jam. Monday morning I called around and couldn't find a plumber that would come out the same day until I called
Paradise Plumbing. I took a picture of the water heater and sent that to Paradise . He came within
2 hours and did a terrific job. He showed me some
of the mistakes that were made when the water
heater was moved during a remodel and also found
a gas leak that he showed me . So, if you need a plumber this is the company to call.
