I have used this company many times for many years, they always stand behind their work and their prices are fair. They will not try to BS you in order to increase the bill. They are straightforward and honest. They are busy so they are sometimes a little delayed in returning calls, be patient.

Is their a rating of zero because thats what this person deserves. Called him to our property for a quote, liked his quote called him back about an hour after quote was given that we would like to hire him for work to be completed. He did not call back, I called him a few more times during day and finally was able to reach him. He said he would be out to property on specific date. I phoned him the evening before to confirm again he would be here - he answered and said yes. The morning he was supposed to show, he did not. I called and txt him approx four times, including a call from my husband and to no avail. He never responded nor reached out. We were put in a terrible, terrible predicament. Furthermore, we had explained to him upon taking the job, we had already had two other people who had done exactly the same (no call, no show) and wanted to make sure he would take job and complete work. I would HIGHLY not recommend this company, completly unreliable, no communication. I could not imagine if I ever did this in my line of work having future or referral business.
