My water heater failed today. I called Dustin at Paradise Plumbing who said he could be there same day. True to his word. Came with the replacement water heater and installed it quickly and efficiently. I asked about possibly installing a tankless water heater and or a recirculating device. He did not recommend either one for my situation. I really appreciate his honesty and not trying to sell me things that I wouldn't really need. I will definitely be reaching out to him for all my future plumbing needs.

I had a drainage issue with the kitchen sink; Dustin showed up 1st thing Monday morning (on time!), cleaned out the drain (professionally done), charged me exactly what he quoted (a super reasonable price) and was polite, competent, friendly and appropriately sensitive to cleanliness (booties and face covering).

I thought I'd need to have the entire line cleaned out - but Dustin checked everything thoroughly and advised I'd only need a regular cleanup with no upsell on anything.

I've never had good luck with plumbers - unlike other trades I seem to have a tough time creating a long term professional relationship with plumbers, but I think that's a thing of the past now that I've met Dustin. Dustin is my new go-to guy for all things plumbing/water heater, etc.

Once every 10 years my kitchen sink backs up. Paradise Plumbing came out this morning, right on time at 8 o'clock sharp. He showed up with booties on his feet and kept my kitchen clean. He dismantled the drain under my sink and left my cabinet spotless when he left. He did not try to raise the price or play any games. He was a real gentleman.

If you're looking for a plumber who does what he says and will show up on time, leaving your home or business spotless, I recommend Paradise!
