The plumber who came to work on my shower was great. He was knowledgeable, skillful, polite and respectful. It's too bad he works for this company. I can't speak well for the company who would not give me a breakdown of costs. They claimed """"it was standard procedure"""", but I find that to be bull. When I inquired about the cost of the replacement part, somebody on the receiving end let it slip that the cost was $100--I don't think he was supposed to say that...uh-oh! But still, they would not issue a breakdown. The cost for the replacement repair was $675.00; so, doing the math, the company makes $575.00, right?...and what does the plumber make from that is a mystery. I call this a ripoff. And, of course, I had already spent $275 for an analysis of the repair which took minutes to evaluate. Total cost: $950 for a shower diverter. Of course, when you need a plumber fast, it's all about who can be there first.

They came to my rental to look at a leak outside. It turned out to be a bad hose in the refrigerator leaking out the door. I decided I could fix that. I was expecting a trip charge. I had used them on a job a few months before. There was no charge!!! He called it a courtesy inspection. Very halyard surprised. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

I called paradise plumbing because of their good reviews. The office lady was nice and pleasant. When the tech arrived he quoted me some astronomical price for this job. Ive had other more complex and messy jobs done that cost least. I should have waited for a few more days and call another company. Their price is way too high double what other companies charge. I dont know if its because i look like an easy target or if this is their general unscrupulous practice. Bottomline I would not make this mistake again.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. My husband and I came home from vacation to find our home at 90 degrees inside. Matt and his associate came out at 8:30pm to fix our AC, they were here 15 mins since my first call to them- we couldn't be more satisfied with their friendly, quick service. They were highly knowledgeable and took the time to show us photos/videos and explain what was going on. While I hope I won't be needing their services again, I will be a repeat customer to Paradise in the future and I highly recommend them to all. Thank you again guys

Scheduled an appointment for Saturday October 22nd.I was informed I would be their second appointment of the day and should arrive between 10-12 after their 9:00 appointment. Called at 11:00 to follow up and they said they would be at my home between 12-3. Called at 3:00 as no one had arrived and was told I was next. Nevertheless I received a call between 4-4:30 stating they are not coming. WASTED AN ENTIRE SATURDAY WAITING FOR THIS DISRESPECTFUL AND UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY!!

I cannot speak on having work done by this company, but I dealt with them in a different way. My former boss hired Paradise to do plumbing work for him, in which they completed the work to the customer's satisfaction. My boss told me to cover the bill so I did as a favor. Turns out that my boss took my money and ran. I notified the business owner Matt and he assisted in getting me my money back even though paradise was paid off and did not have to help me. I can say that this is the most honest business owner that I've ever met in my life. He and his company hold themselves to very high standards with much integrity, and honesty is very very hard to find nowadays. I'd recommend Paradise to anyone.
