I had a stopped up toilet and call Paradise plumbing, Connected with Patty who Coordinated all scheduling outstandingly . George, (First on the scene doing the plumbing).After determining the cause, He fixed the problem. Doing a hard rain George worked to find and correct the cause -all dealing with heavy rain. In the aftermath , some pavers were removed. Pierre and Justin completed the project and my property looks as it did before all the disruption- looking as original with smooth surfaces. I am very satisfied with the end result! I have used Paradise plumbing over the years and each time I'm impressed. Always -competent professional's show up; and they perform outstandingly. From the first call - reception (Patty) to completion, competent professional individuals are present. This team of professional's get the job done! I called to have a shut off end placed on a copper refrigerator line (behind the refrigerator). The old end was cut off, and because it was copper I wanted to have a plumber put an end on to connect a new fridge. The worker, Jeremy, did not want to do this because he was worried about the condition of the old line, which was a legit concern. He suggest replacing the line with a pex line through a cabinet. It seemed like a good suggestion, and he would run it through only one cabinet. So he ran a quote. His first pass was $1,057! This is an hour job, with about $20 in material. After I nearly fainted from the quote, he gave me the """"how much do you want to spend"""", and then came down about 30% to $700. When I said we will pass, he was clearly pissed off, and as he was leaving said """" sure, take my idea and run with it."""" First, i was not going to do that, although it wasn't rocket science to do this. The guy's attitude was so poor and unprofessional I was amazed. I don't leave reviews, let alone a novel like this, but I have never came across someone so rude and unprofessional. He was trying to take advantage to a whole new level, but the rudeness was absolutely ridiculous.

This was my first time using paradise plumbing. I called in a panic on a Monday evening and spoke to Patti who made my appointment for Tuesday morning. Had a leaking toilet that would not stop. Gespere who was our technician showed up not only on time but an hour before time and explained every detail of what needed to be be done and gave us all of our options and got the job done fast and clean!!! And also received a follow up call from Patti to make sure i was more than happy with the results which most companies NEVER do. Not to mention all the constant communication through text messages and emails that they send you from the time you make the appointment until after your appointment is done.. cant get any better than this. Will definitely be calling Paradise again. Thank you all

Manager offered a partial refund. I ended up paying a more fair price of $250 for the clean out.

Had to call them for another problem. They came when promised and fixed the issue within 15 minutes. They may not be the cheapest, but the quality of their work and their timeliness makes up for the cost.
