I had the free AC tune up and I am suspicious of what was done. The tech came in and I showed him the inside AC unit. He put his hand inside the door then all of a sudden my thermostat wasn't working and it was working just fine, even after he arrived. The screen on the thermostat went blank only after he messed with something inside of the unit. I was so surprised and it const me $295 to replace it. It is just fishy that it worked til after he got at my house and messed with something in the unit. I, unfortunately, won't have them back at my house.

This Company came to my house to replace a two ton unit they installed a 1 ton instead after months of back and forth the finally replaced it with the correct unit they came back to fix a leak and in the process they shut off my water heater and try to sale me a new one for over $3000 my water heater is fine I called the gas company who told me all I needed was to turn on the pilot I was with out hot water for 4 days they didn't care that I had toddlers in the house all they wanted was to sale me a water heater. They're dirty and sloppy they had the nerves to come back and wanted to take pictures of the sloppy job they did but not with out my son having to babysit them making sure they didn't destroy or tampered with anything else?

As others have noted, the professionalism of this organization is top notch. I called for a suspected failed toilet on a 30 year old house I had recently bought on a Friday. I had recently relocated to the area from a 90 year old historic property out of state, so from my prior experience I expected a full rip and replace (toilet, wax ring and flange cutout and replacement) was needed. The lady who took my call apologized that they couldn't get out until Saturday. Inspection confirmed my expectations and estimate was done while onsite. Materials were sourced on Monday (while I had my wife out for her periodic chemotherapy infusion) and work was completed on Tuesday. The installation technician did top notch work and left the jobsite cleaner than he found it. My only reason for only four stars is cost. I was able to identify and source the materials used for the job. Markup on materials was about 50% and the labor rate was somewhere between $175-200 per hour. Net-Net: If you need it done first time right by professionals, this is your team. But expect to pay top $$$ for the service levels they provide.

Misdiagnosed issue with sewer grinder leak. Did extremely minor surface excavation, gave up on finding the actual leak, then just made up a problem location. Quoted over $3000 to replace the pipe going from my house to the grinder. Recommended also replacing the sewer grinder for an additional $5000. Had Air Design Systems come give a second quote. They did deeper excavation and found the exact point of the leak which was the pipe leading from the grinder to the sewer. The pipe had shifted and needed a offset so the pressure would not break it again. Air Design Systems fixed the leak and added the offset for $800 total (charging by the hour for labor + parts). Paradise is a company whose business model is to attract customers with flashy branding, upsell them on service they dont need, then charge them out the ass for it. So glad I got a second quote. In my opinion, only choose Paradise if you like burning money.

I was so pleased with Paradise! They went above and beyond to take care of my home. I had a leak from an upstairs shower, and Thomas came the day I called and even had the parts needed for the repair! He was professional and got the job done. I will definitely call Paradise for all my future needs!

I called Paradise on July 22, 2023, and explained I had a bathtub faucet that doesn't shut off completely. I said I'm pretty sure it may need the stem replaced or the rubber gasket to the stem replaced. I was told no problem; we will have a tech come out take care of it for you. Come to find out when the tech showed up, I was informed my 3-handle unit was failing and they recommended, and I quote, """"Recommend replacing valve in wall with modern unit. Valve is located on exterior wall, no access to valve without removing shower unit. Replacing valve will necessitate replacing tub/shower as well"""". I kindly asked the tech if he could just replace the cold-water stem to fix the leak, at this time? I was told he could not work on after-market plumbing. Obviously, I said no thanks to a completely new shower/tub. I stood in awe, how this simple plumbing issue could have been resolved by simply replacing a .50 cent gasket or a $5 valve stem however, nothing was done, even though I had told the tech I'm expecting guest at my home the next day. I immediately contacted a local plumber (he inspected the same stem and determined that only the rubber gasket needed to be replaced), complete job was done by the plumber, within 10 minutes. It's apparent, Paradise doesn't have the homeowner's interest but, is only concerned on getting the most money out of the homeowner by trying to do unnecessary repairs. I've dealt with multiple plumbing services over my years and have never experienced anything as crazy as this. This is the first time I felt the need to share and post a review, so you don't have to waste your time and money. I can attest that everything I stated is accurate and true!

Paid them to replace main water line on Jan. 29 , 2021 today April 27, 2021 it is STILL NOT FINISHED. The plumber tells me he can not finish it until the county inspects it, the county tells me they never even applied for the inspection and the office tells me there is no need for the inspection. I have told them all I wanted the county to inspect it and I still have a ditch in my front yard. RUN FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

This business came highly recommended by multiple friends. We had a pipe with a pinhole leak in our master bedroom wall, which consequently flooded a good portion of our bedroom. I called them, and they squeezed us in the very next day. The plumber, Michael, was extremely personable and knowledgeable. He explained everything that he did and why, and had the pipe cut and replaced in an hour. The replaced piping also came with a 1 year warranty. Being a mostly DIY guy, I really appreciated the fact that Michael patiently walked me through what he did, and answered all my questions. Furthermore, I was able to rent an industrial dehumidifier from them at a reasonable price. They also sent out a remediation tech, who checked on the drywall and flooring. In the busy age we live in, between work, kids and social lives, it's a good peace of mind knowing that a business does everything in its power to take care of the customer. Highly recommend them!

Great service!!! They had to Repipe our home and were very professional throughout the whole process. They noticed our HVAC system was older and wasn't working the way it should. They were able to get one of their HVAC technicians out in about an hour. They gave us a great deal for being existing customers and were able to get the entire project financed very quickly for nothing out of pocket. If you need any Plumbing or HVAC work done look no further this company will get you taken care of from start to finish.
