Jim B.I had a water leak at 10:30 at night. I called Paradise Bay and Joe called back a few minutes later. He said he was finishing up a repair and would be over within the hour. A hour later Joe came and determined the cause was a backup in the AC condensation drain shared by the other condos in the stack. He was able to clear the drain. Our hot water heater needed replacement so we came out a few days later to replace it and install a new shutoff valve. The old one wasn't functional so water had to be turned off to the entire building. We have a new hot water heater and a functional shut off valve and peace of mind. I highly recommend Paradise Bay Plumbing.
