We had a frozen pipe emergency on a Sunday. Paradgm came out at no extra charge, replaced the tank the same day. They were knowledgeable and professional, and reasonably priced. Will use again, and highly recommend.

We found a leak under our kitchen sink and called paradigm plumbing services llc. They charged us $69 to tell us that the sink was indeed leaking (gee, thanks!) and they said we should replace our garbage disposal (it never gave us any problems but ok). I'm angry because we paid $69 to be given an astronomical bill for the work that needed to be done. I expected their inspection to be in good faith, genuine, reasonable. It was none of these things. Home adviser says plumbers will charge anywhere from $45-200 per hour. Look at the bill from paradigm plumbing! It was beyond a bloated, inflated price - it was the greediest bill I've ever received. And here's the kicker - they refuse to break down their billing (how much parts cost and how much they charge per hour). They claimed that the cost to replace (1)a sink head and (2)garbage disposal would cost $1200. Twelve. Hundred. Dollars. They refused to be transparent in their billing or provide explanation. We hired a master plumber who gave us the receipts for the parts ($220) and charged $150 for less than 45 mins of work. In contrast, the Paradigm receptionist refused to provide a transparent breakdown of billing; she was condescending and belittling and said simply, ""I'm glad you found a plumber you could afford."" Can anyone afford a plumber that charges $1,000 an hour?! I am outraged that paradigm plumbing services LLC tried taking advantage of us financially the way that they did. $1200?! With no receipts or hourly charge?! Just $1,000 in labor for less than an hour of work?! Greedy. Untrustworthy. Unreliable. No transparency. Buyer beware!

The parts at Home Depot were $220 total. It doesn't take longer than an hour to replace a sink faucet head and disposal. Especially for a ""master plumber."" By all means, if paradigm is wants to respond to this review, please break down this bill for potential customers.

We worked with this company a few years back but after contacting them and leaving a message recently they never did attempt to contact me. My husband also tried calling; he spoke with someone there and was told they would get back to us, but never did.

Excellent in every way! Had an emergency situation with the hot water heater and everything went smoothly as soon as I called. Very friendly lady answered the phone, named Indira ( I'm sure I got the spelling wrong, sorry)and she dispatched someone ASAP. Justin arrived and diagnosed it immediately, then came back the next day to do the job of replacing the hot water heater. Had a great conversation and the job was done very professionally. Even received a follow-up call to make sure everything was great. totally professional from start to finish, cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you to everyone

It took these guys 3 tries to get a pretty simple job (mostly) right. They billed for all the material they had to take out and redo plus their time including the drive time and a ridiculous markup and the pieces that didn't have to be removed/redone. They are incompetent and have bill unethically.. stay away..

After calling about 30 plumbers, Paradigm Plumbing Services was my salvation. They called me back and scheduled an appointment within 30 minutes of my initial call, the plumber was on time and he worked efficiently! If I ever have another plumbing emergency, I know I will call these guys again!

I cannot recommend Paradigm Plumbing highly enough! I called them this morning just panicked. It was raining in my kitchen!! I called, they were very nice, and had someone here in less than 30 minutes. They were knowledgable, personable, and most importantly, fixed the problem, and did so causing as little damage as HUMANLY possible. They even cleaned up the mess from the water because he knew we were stressed.

If you need a plumber, this is where you want to call. They're AMAZING!
