Had an appointment set up for 3 weeks, they call the day before and leave a message saying they can't find a boiler and they don't feel it's worth it for them to come give me a quote to do an install. I call them back and tell them that I have already found and reserved the boiler, I just need a quote from them so I can apply for a loan through efficiency Vermont. (who told me paquettes plumbing was on their list of approved plumbers and was also the closest to my location. a whopping 30 minute drive from their shop to my house) So now that I have them on the phone it doesn't matter that I've done all the leg work for them, I live to far away for them to travel to my house give me a quote and then install a wood boiler. the woman in the office is rude and unhelpful and the owner didn't even have the decency to call and talk to me. I highly do NOT recommend this company. These people are wombats!

I literally went through the Ludlow yellow pages and failed to find a local plumber to do few few simple tasks. I was amazed that for the most part I couldn't even get a return phone call. Then I found Paquette. Very professional operation staffed with a friendly and helpful crew. They showed up early, Mike the plumber who did my repairs couldn't be a nicer fellow. He was in and out in under an hour. Me feeling is if you can't be relied upon for the small stuff you're not getting the bigger jobs. Paquette now have a customer for life.

Paquette Plumbing is excellent. I had a problem with a 35 year old well tank and the tank's pressure. Paquette Plumbing came to my house in two days and replaced the well tank. His employees were efficient, courteous and did a professional job. I'm very happy and would certainly use Paquette Plumbing again.

Update:
We gave Paquette another project and they came through in a timely and effective manner, so I wanted to update my review. We had one small issue which is that they slightly damaged a light fixture, but they promised to fix that.

I appreciate their effort in trying to resolve our previous differences and would now recommend their services

They were called to fix a heating problem in our condo. We weren't up for another two weeks and discovered when we returned that it wasn't fixed, even though we paid them for their work. We called them again and they said they'd have to charge us an extra weekend rush charge to come back, or they could put us on their regular schedule and we'd have wait a few days. It's now been 5 days and they haven't returned our calls to hear if the work has been done.

I'd avoid this business based on this experience

I had the pleasure of meeting the owner of Paquette Plumbing and he provided me with an estimate within hours! After I called to get the work scheduled, his Master Plumber arrived the same week and was extremely efficient and friendly. I would absolutely recommend Paquette Plumbing for your next plumbing and or heating project!

I tried for 5 days to set an appointment through the office gal, Jody. NOT ONE CALL BACK. They did an entire system upgrade one year ago and last week we started having issues with a circulator they installed, but no response. We called the owner - still, no appointment came. Felt like I was dealing with the 'Soup Nazi' off of the Seinfeld Show: ""NO APPT FOR YOU!!""

So, after 5 days we called another plumber and they were here in 2 hours and completed the job in 30 minutes. It could have been a disaster....A DISASTER!

UGH, TWO STARS...hope you have better luck than us on a call-back issue.

Great plumbers if you can get past the rude front office girls. If you have an immediate emergency don't expect to get an appointment for a week...if ever. Someone named Jodie is particularly rude, or perhaps just doesn't get ""customer service""...
