Papa's Plumbing was awesome! We had a great experience with Grant and Tyler. They were incredibly efficient, friendly, professional, timely, and communicated the services needs well. They worked on our house and accessory unit. One unit had the water heater placed and the other unit had a water heater maintenance, with the addition of having two shut off valves replaced, pressure valve replacement, and a thermal expansion tank added to an existing water heater. Grant kept use informed throughout the service and gave us multiple options/prices based upon our budget. After the completion of the work, Grant did a walk through and provided education on annual maintenance that will help prolong the life of our water heaters. I especially appreciated the attention to detail. Both water heaters are located outside in a small utility closets, which had leaves and spider webs, they took the time to vacuum and clean them out during our service!

I would highly recommend them! We have already scheduled a service for another unit! Thank you Papa's Plumbing!

We have drainage clogging issue for our washer and dishwasher. I called them, he is prompt on time, fixed the issue, also suggested other smaller stuff to do my self rather than paying.
He has good experience, only touch the root cause, provide you estimates in advance to avoid any surprises.

We needed a plumber on Monday morning when most other plumbers were already booked out. They were able to fit us in between jobs to unclog a pipe that was preventing us from using our kitchen sink since Sunday...something we didn't want to go very long without.

2 guys came on time. They wore masks the whole time and used shoe coverings inside the house. They were friendly and professional. After they unclogged the pipe, one of them even went under the house to inspect the pipes and make sure everything looked intact...a step I think most plumbers would skip.
