I cannot recommend papas plumbing highly enough. I had an emergency involving water leakage at my property, resulting in an astronomically high Bill ($1415 for two months). I was ready to spend $350/hr for leak detection agency but Papas came to rescue in time. They fixed the issue (faulty pressure valve) and replaced a leaky toilet. Very professional throughout. The thing that distinguishes Papas is customer service and professionalism and coordination of service. They are highly efficient, communicate very well, and provide availability to address emergency needs. Highly recommend!!!

None of these jobs have been planned, but they have responded to the problem promptly, addressed it quickly yet thoroughly. They leave the job site clean and safe each day. Serge's team de-scaled and patched a hole in the sewer line running from our house to the public line. Serge communicated clearly about our options, giving us choices that we could afford and helping us understand the tradeoffs to choosing one option over another. Serve was great about communication and scheduling and this team shit up just as planned. It's only been a week since they did their job but based on their overall professionalism and apparent skill, I'm hopeful the results will be good long term! Papa's will definitely be our go to plumbers from now on.

Papas does the work decently well and they show up on time but they charge exorbitant prices. I made the first time home owner mistake of not getting multiple quotes and they charged me 20 THOUSAND dollars to pull up a bit of concrete, replace a drain line, put in a shut off valve, and pour a bit of concrete. Another time they came by to replace a water heater cabinet (not even the water heater itself) and add some venting from the cabinet. They were there for ONE HOUR and charged me $2k. They didn't even say how much the water cabinet costs but I'd be shocked if some thin steel sheeting costs anywhere near that. They also replaced some cast iron piping but didn't tell me about other pipes right next to it that are galvanized and are now causing me problems. Stay away. Most expensive mistake of my life so far.

after my hot water heater died on a friday afternoon, their guys were at my place with a new unit in a bit over an hour. within another 2 hours after that I had hot water again. It was obvious that their guys know what they are doing!

Richard came out quickly to help me with a water heating issue. He figured out the problem quickly and was able to fix it.

Overall he had very positive energy. He also took some time to let me know about another potential problem with my system, and said he could fix it but was very honest about the pros and cons.
