I cant say enough about Pappas Plumbing from the office staff to the service teams . We had our mainline "" sleeved "" which is a new process where you don't have to replace the pipe . George was our lead guy and couldn't have been better to work with . He explained all throughly and supervised every aspect of the major mainline rehab . The pricing was fair and I couldn't believe the care taken in putting our nice lawn back together . Almost looks like they were never there !
Their process has a 35 year guarantee tree roots will not penetrate our line . I'm sure most everyone with full grown trees on their property goes thru the same thing , clogged root infested drainage line . Well look no farther . When and if your in the same position of having to replace the line from your home to the street look no further , Pappas Plumbing ! I don't take reviews lightly . I took the time because I want EVERYONE to know about their stellar work , promptness and communication !

Another solid experience end-to-end. We had a slow leak in some pipes inside our walls (caused a lot of drywall damage, which another company will take care of) and Alex did a great job of working through different possibilities, diagnosing the problem. Once we figured out the problem, pinhole leaks caused by corrosion to copper piping, Alex got to work with his team and the leaks were resolved within a day or two. We were very happy with the service and quality of work. They also installed a water softener to mitigate the future problems of hard mineral deposits in Glendale water.

They did their required services but they are on the expensive side. They broke my kitchen cabinet while trying to check the pipe under the sink and failed to fix the cabinet door. Unfortunately I have to incur the cost to fix it myself.

So... Christmas Eve. Friends and Family on the way. Toilet backs up. Try the usual remedies... nothing. 3 hours to Party. We sheepishly call Papa's, not really expecting a human to answer. They did. They sent a guy. At my house with an hour and half to go. Found the problem (wasn't easy). Fixed the problem (wasn't fun). Loaded up and left with 20 minutes to spare. These guys are the best. Wanted a simple shower installation, I provided the part! Take down the old hand held, install a flat overhead, maybe 20 minute's work. He quoted me just under $300.00. I kicked him out. You see an old lady alone in a nice house, let's rip her off.

Papa's responded on a Sunday morning, came out on a Sunday and diagnosed the problem. A Dispatcher, Christine, connected me with a plumber prior to their arrival to make sure my plumbing questions were answered right away. Unfortunately, they couldn't make the repair on Sunday as expected so they waived the Sunday fee and returned on Monday morning as promised and made the repair.

I had a blocked kitchen sink and thought it was a clogged garbage disposal. Papa's Plumbing was recommended to me by a friend and came out the next day. They diagnosed a serious problem with my sewer line. A shout out to Jay, the Field Supervisor, who worked with me to find the best compromise between a proper, lasting job, and expense. He was patient as I asked questions and gave detailed answers as to the nature of the problem and possible outcomes of fixed as opposed to not fixed. This reassured me that the repair was critical. The crew was very professional and did a great job of cleaning up the work area when done. I highly recommend this plumbing company.
