If I could give 10 stars I definitely would. I had a late night emergency at one of my rental properties. I called multiple plumbing companies and all these other companies were much higher prices than the quote I received from papa's plumbing. They sent someone out within the same hour of calling . They removed an old leaking water heater and had a new one installed within 2 hours . Very professional, left my job cleaner than it was when they arrived. Very happy with there service and will definitely use them for my future projects.

Had them come out for a plumbing issue. The crew was great, nice and thoughtful around my house. We didn't hire them cause we needed more work than just plumbing. But I will definitely keep them in my phone to call if I ever have any issues

They sent 2 people to my residence. I person just stood in the bathroom while the second guy used a $15 snake into my toilet to unblock it. Nothing happened and they told me I needed new pipes as roots had got into the pipe and they couldn't do anything. However my son came over and called a friend who came over and unblocked the toilet in 2 minutes. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! They will take your money and do nothing. Also they didn't even give me the 20% discount they advertised on their site for 1st time customers and senior citizens!!!

I have never had such a positive experience with a plumbing company. They by far exceeded my expectations. Fast and professional service. I want to say thank you for George and Haime for being so helpful. My kiddo flushed wipes down the toilet and they did everything they can to 100% fix it. They price matched too which is just incredible. I will never go anywhere else - they are my go to plumbers from now on. Highly recommend!!!

Supervisor Jaime personally came to my house to check on what I thought was a leaky toilet. Rather than collecting an easy $300 and changing the wax ring, he suggested a different professional come in and scan the entire the bathroom to see the real genesis of the leak. This was very honest. Jaime was super friendly and prompt. I will definitely call Papa's Plumbing in the future.

I had a terrible experience with Papa's Plumbing. My kitchen sink was draining slow so I called Papa's and said I needed the drain cleaned. Their plumber arrived late, surveyed my situation and wrote a proposal which I accepted. Then he called another Papa's plumber to help him. It was then when he said he didn't have experience cleaning drains - he did re-piping. Papa's sent someone who didn't know draining cleaning to clean my drain - think about that before you hire Papa's. The other plumber allegedly knew how to clean drains. After 90 minutes I had standing water in my kitchen sink because they only cabled the first 25 feet of the 42 foot long underground drain pipe. I complained so he called ""the boss"" and they offered to descale the entire drain pipe for an additional $2,200. Realizing I had been scammed I declined and sent them away having wasted $750. I called a reputable plumbing company and they got the drain cleaned and running in 30 minutes for $177. I do not recommend Papa's Plumbing.

Had a terrible experience with Papa's Plumbing. They tried to charge us THREE TIMES what we should have been charged (verified this with several different reputable plumbing companies after the fact) and we still ultimately paid THOUSANDS of dollars in overcharges. SO disappointing and upsetting. Please learn from our VERY costly mistake and don't fall prey to their price-gouging tactics. There are lots of other licensed professionals you can call who will do honest work for an honest price. Sadly, we learned this lesson too late.

We found our plumbers for life! We couldn't be happier with the quality of service--George went above and beyond to help us with a clogged kitchen sink that led to jetting the pipes. Because our house sits below street level, the water collects in the backyard. George even used his own pump (and sadly broke it!) to help us vacate the dirty water from our yard. He came up with on the fly solutions to resolve a tough situation, even stayed in the blaring heat until the job was done. Their prices are also super competitive with other plumbers we used. We'll definitely be calling Papa's and asking for George from now on!

Can't say enough good things with Papa's Plumbing and their tech, Jay Moss. Jay was very helpful from the start with our clogged storm drain and kitchen sink clog. Very professional and knowledgeable and helped me save a good bit of money not having to replace my pipes. Thanks!
