Top notch service and timely. My heat went out and called around several places (8-10 places on yelp) within the area for emergency service. Mario was quick to respond and really came to the rescue in an emergency. I would consider hiring Mario and team again.

Mario swapped in a new hot water heater for us when our old one was producing brown water. He was able to swap in the new hot water heater but had issues getting the power venting equipment working.

After he left, the hot water heater kept shutting off. I ended up having to spend a few hours troubleshooting and fixing the problem myself (a temperature shut off wire placed too close to the exhaust) after he was already paid.

He charged $200 extra to remove the old hot water heater but left the huge cardboard box and installation garbage for me to dispose of.

He also charged us an extra $50 for his time because he had to come back to install a part he didn't have available at the time of the install.

We had a severe clog from our kitchen sink to the basement.
Our home is a hundred years old...so you can imagine the accumulation.
Mario came, assessed the situation, and removed the problem like a surgeon removes a cancer. The work was great and the price was reasonable. Mario is a great guy, very professional and good- natured. We will definitely use Panza Plumbing again and we highly recommend them.

We hired Mario last summer to replace our forced hot water boiler which was very old. He was fast to respond, stopping by within a few days to take a look at our current boiler setup, and offered recommendations on whether a 90% efficiency cast iron or 92% stainless steel boiler was better. In the end, we went with his recommendation of the 90% efficiency Weil Mclain boiler since cast iron maintains heat better. He was fast to email his itemized quotes by email and helpful to give us separate cost-saving options. His quote wasn't the cheapest, but it was reasonable, and Mario did almost all of the work himself (with just 1 helper) and his quote included city permits.

We also hired Mario to replace the 3 toilets in the house, 2 vanities, some shower fixtures, and install our new washer and gas dryer (the new orientation of the dryer needed changes to the gas line). Again, he was fast on his work, and even helped us get rid of 2 toilets.

Mario can seem a little impatient at times, but this is because he is often direct to the point. We haven't had a problem with the work Mario has done for us since summer, and Mario promised he'd be back to fix anything if there was a problem. We would not hestitate to hire Mario again.
