Did not authorize work from this company and now they are trying to collect nearly $500 from me. This is completely unacceptable. They are trying to bully me into making payment. I would avoid this company at all costs. There's many great plumbers in Falmouth but they don't work at this business.

I have had to use Panton plumbing 3 times so far. !st was a small gas leak, 2nd was a few broken valves, 3rd was replace a toilet and heating system tune-up. In all 3 cases, they responded quickly and solved all problems and explained everything so I understood. The cost was more than fair. I'm a fully satisfied customer and I know what that means as I am a retired Electrical Contractor from the Boston area.

I rent a space in a funky old building that has freezing pipes, old boilers, tweaky everything and a super cheap landlord. THANK GOD for Pantons plumbing ... they keep us in business! It was in the negative numbers cold, the pipes froze and the heat went out.. these guys came out within an hour of being called and worked hours to get us going again... It was Sunday afternoon, unbearably cold, they were in a funky unheated utility room .. they got space heaters and the heaters blew the fuses ... IT was a mess but they stuck with the project and got things back in order. Say whatever you want...I want these guys on my side... Thanks Guys!!!!
