I would not recommend Panthers Plumbing for any plumbing work. Especially if he (Paul) ask for a deposit. I hired Panthers Plumbing to do some plumbing work. Where he asked for a deposit ($2200). I gave him the deposit but after 3 weeks and no work being done and his excuse was the weather. Yes there was some bad weather days but there was also some good days as well. If some one has given you a deposit I think they should have priority on the good days. And after talking with another plumbing company and they telling me along with the city inspector. They told me if he had done the work that the Inspector would not have passed it. That when I asked for my deposit back. He said he would give my deposit back and 3 weeks later and still haven't got my deposit back.

I am a first generation customer of Panthers Plumbing. We move to Sun City in February. I didn't even know why it was """"Panthers"""" Plumbing. Our new home had electric range and electric clothes dryer. I don't understand that, so we contacted Paul and got a fair quote, a bit below another. He came with and experienced plumber helper and in a short time, voila, we had pipes. I bought a gas dryer, and we have a great dryer. We have the new gas range-top in the garage, and this month it will be hooked up. Since Panthers did the work, no problems. I called Paul today with a question, and he gave a good reply. I've read the other reviews. I learned about 70 years ago, if you pay in advance, you have too much money and are way too gullible... You are better off investing your money with that African Prince who has an uncle with a fortune that just needs... Amateur contractors are the universal problem to contracting! UPDATE 6/24/19 We had a very small leak, and contacted Panthers. Wow, they came the next morning and fixed it. Two days passed and we smelled a bit of gas in the kitchen. Again, immediate response, we missed a small junction that wasn't accessible from the earlier location. They were very fast, very responsive and very conscientious in each trip. THANKS! Nothing more than 5 stars is available but we'e give that if we could.

Paul asked us for payment up-front for some basic plumbing services we needed for our bathroom remodel. He claimed to be short on cash due to some jobs backing-out, and offered us a discount in exchange for pre-payment. We thought he seemed honest and paid him nearly $900 6 months ago, and he gave us a written receipt showing the work that was to be completed, and assured us that he'd be there as soon as we needed once the job started in 2 weeks. He was out of town every time the other contractors came leaving him to do his work in-between their work, and causing delays in the entire project as the plumbing being disconnected and reconnected was vital to the timing of the entire job. He then decided not to show back up - EVER - because he didn't know how to repair a shower knob, leaving us with an unoperational shower. Our bathroom sink has flooded in the past week as well, due to him not properly installing the piping, and he is not returning our calls. He made a total of 4 trips to our home, staying no longer than 45 min each time - basically making $300/hr on a job he didn't even complete. He called my husband and cursed him AT WORK when we asked when he was going to be finishing the work we paid for - this man has poor workmanship, can not be trusted, and is a liar and a thief. RUN away if someone suggests you use him.

Home Advisor connected me with this plumber. There are so many to choose from. Panthers Plumbing quickly contacted me and got right on it. Paul and Tim did a great job in replacing the two low boy water heaters along with the pressure tank and control switch for the well at our home. These were all located under the house in the crawl space. Not the easiest of jobs to complete but they did so in a very competent manner. I would highly recommend them and use them again.

I would not recommend Panthers Plumber Plumbers for any job. Not only did they ask for half payment up front they left complete mess at my home. After final payment Paul deposited my check via mobile deposit and blamed me when he didn't get his money immediately and wanted payment again which I refused. Later I found out he used copper piping on my gas tankless water heater which is not to code and did not get the system inspected. He is still unreachable. I had to hire another plumber to fix his mistake.

we had a leak on our well pump we called are home warranty service and the gave us panthers.the made an appointment for a week later.NEVER SHOWED UP or called.we rtied calling paul with no response back.this happened 3 more times.no call no show.we finnally had to threating are warranty company. and he finally came out after 5 weeks.no im sorry or nothing.beware of this jerk
