First the good....the back office was very responsive and courteous. The plumber was professional, courteous, and provided an accurate time of arrival which certainly is a huge positive. The negative....I feel like it was a constant up sell with hot water pressure regulators and a new water heater (water heater does not have any issues) that we didn't need. I went with the install only for the disposal (I provided my own disposal) and it was $450. Seems about $150 too high based on what I have seen in other recent reviews/reliable online sources for other plumbers in the Atlanta area. Like I said, the experience was excellent except I feel like I over paid.

Needed to get a kitchen faucet fixed that was loose and leaking. Called and they had a plumber over in one hour. The plumber (Justin Conner) was prompt, very professional, and fixed the faucet (explaining everything along the way including replacement options) in 45mins. The price was fair and reasonable. Highly recommend.

I've had Panther Plumbing out a couple of times to my place and each time I have felt properly taken care of. Their service and professionalism has been on point. They have been clean and quick, and informative and helpful.

Called in to repair outdoor water faucet. When I called the woman who answered phone was pleasant. I asked if they had appointments in the evening because I get off at 430pm. She said no so I asked about weekend appointment she said yes. She stated it would be 125 dollars to Evaluate the problem if I didn't do any work. If I decided to go with the estimate The 125 would be taken off. She never mentioned a 155 dollars just to come on Saturday. Chris the one who came out Cut the dry wall to get to problem cut the copper pipe put some other plastic hose in. Took the copper pipe never sent the Receipt. I called on Monday to get the receipt and there is the 155 to come on Saturday. What a rip off watch these Guys

No call and no show - TWICE!! The plumber came out promptly In February and now I can't get a response. Called to speak with a manager and they were out of the office. As of time of this review, I have not heard from management. Panther's plumbing technician called me and apologized - says issue with dispatch and is now on the way. Said Dispatch double booked him yesterday as he was on an all day call that too him until 10 PM to finish. First he knew of seeing me today was when office called him to ask him why he had missed the job - was never put on his schedule. Technician is good - wore a mask- courteous in person - but this repair was much harder and stressful than it needed to have been for a clogged sink drain.

This company was a no call no show twice. Please do your research and go with a locally owned company. Their number will always direct you to some off site receptionist facility who have no clue of what's going on with the field plumbers.

Cody Johnson at Panther helped us fix our shower cartridge. Very quick and easy job. We had a hard to find cartridge that other companies we called before couldn't get, but it was no problem for Cody and Panther!
