Great team! Adrian is great! Called to tell me they were going to me late and they were only 3 min late. Great pre-visit communication and constant communication while on the job. Kept everything very clean and was super nice to our dogs.

I had Panther Plumbing out to help fix a faucet in my upstairs bathroom. Due to the layout of the home we had to go thru the floor in the garage to remove and install. I had already cut out the floor, so all that was needed was to install. I am not tall enough to reach thru floor so needed some assistance. The new faucet had a faulty mechanism so it caused some major rumbling and problems. I was instructed to get it replaced and call them to come back and fix. They charged me $200 to come out but didn't fix. I have the replacement piece, called and text the man but no response. I called again to the main business number and no call back. Sad, $200 wasted.

Panther Plumbing is the real deal.  They do a lot of new construction and maintenance.  Recently my parents used them for the purchase and install of a new hybrid water heater system.  Actually, Panther Plumbing did all the original new construction  plumbing in their home 25 years ago.  


We just remodeled the kitchen and master bath.  Panther ran the gas lines with easy access shutoff valve as well as a pot filler water line above stove, water line to fridge, sink & disposal on both island and main sink, installed dishwasher, tub water lines, and re-plumbed the entire shower to include a handheld and rain shower head.  


I also reached out to Panther when my Grandma's house in Watsonville had a water main break in the front yard.  They were there same day and fixed the issue good as new.  They are reliable, professional and do things right the first time.  Cant say enough about the experiences over the years.  Highly recommend.
