We used this guy to install all of our plumbing in a second story addition. Nothing was installed correctly. The faucets were missing parts (and we had all new Kohler faucets purchased and in boxes for them.). There were parts never connected. The drain wasn't connected. There were leaks. We just paid to have everything re-done. Save your money. Don't pay twice and use a reputable plumber.

Panic plumbing did my restaurant In less than a two week. Delt with my inspection and knew exactly how to deal with him when he tried to make us do unnecessary additions. Highly recommend him if you need a good plumber and quick install!

Just had them complete a repipe in my two story house so that we could bypass the copper leaks in my slab foundation.

These guys are great! They came in, didn't goof off and knocked the repipe out with minimal time having my water off.
They cleaned up after themselves and explained everything they were doing and why.
Couldn't be happier with the end result!

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS, I REPEAT, NEVER USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY OF YOUR PLUMBING NEEDS!! Very unprofessional men who traipsed into my house and treated me as if I was scum on their shoes.

This all started on Monday morning when I had to deal with my toilet overflowing. So much water was pouring out and it would not stop. I called Panic Plumbing and the guys came about two hours after they said they would arrive. They told me the damage so I left the room for minute to call my husband in privacy. Since my bathroom is attached to my bedroom, I went to my daughter's room. When I came back into my room, there were wet footprints all over my room. The guys were in the bathroom whispering and when I walked in they shut up. My husband told me to tell them to do the work. So I relayed the information. I decided to sit in my room and watch tv while they worked. They were done after about 45 minutes and the bill came out to $450. I was appalled because when they estimated the price, they asked for $100 max. I tried to mention this to them and one of the guys got in my face and called me a ""stupid fat bitch"" with ""nothing else to do in the world than to bitch at men"". He proceeded to call me a ""stingy fucking pig"" and told me he would ""stick his dick in my pussy if I didn't shut the fuck up and pay up"". I told him to get out and I ended up paying his partner $50 just to get them to leave. Unprofessional and disrespectful. Never use these foul swines.

So opening a restaurant anywhere is hard. In LA and Long Beach its even more of a Nightmare everything is regimented over-regulated to high hell. And the fines there is NO REASON for me to have to pull 9 permits. THREE permits for the plumbing alone.

It's silly. There no practical purpose to all of it except to create a high paying city job for someone to make close to six figures and take two hour lunch breaks.

It was nothing short of a shit storm. I got fucked over by every single contractor. The lady who sold me the old store (which is still listed on Yelp ) cheated me BIG TIME! and I'm out there hemorrhaging money like the Knight from Monty Pythons Holy Grain.

In this shit storm, the only refuse and the only contractor who did not cheat me is Dave.

-He was professional.
-He really sympathized with the crazy world of hurt I was in.
-He does a good job talking to city inspectors, scheduling, rescheduling.
-He knows the job inside out
-His rates are reasonable
-He will return calls promptly
-He is really good about executing Warrentees, getting the parks and installing them.

Skip the Middle man like Macco or any construction company who basically NO NOTHING but take a cut.

The only drawback is Dave works a little last minute and his schedule can be a little busy at times but I would work with him again for sure.

Stay away from Macco construction all that guy does is take a %20 and go cash your checks at check cashing places.

Go to the plumber himself.

Stay Clear of this guy!
I have had the worst experience with him and his worker. He installed a septic tank that is not working properly, the toilet he installed was leaking fumes, the faucets all had to be replaced after a few month!
Go with someone that has better reviews on Yelp!

Dave, haven't been responding to call to finish the job. Be careful, he's fast to start and receive money but not to finish the job. He will tell you lies after lies and not get the job done.
This review is no good for me, I'm already a victim but those of you who are looking for a good plumber please be careful.
